FRONT OFFICE SHIFT SUPERVISOR

The Associate Medical Director perform the medical assessment activities related to drug safety pharmacovigilance for the assigned therapeutic area(s). The Associate Medical Director proactively evaluates safety information from individual cases and cumulative data, identifies and analyses potential signals, and communicates data-driven conclusions to internal and external stakeholders.The Associate Medical Director Reports to Therapeutic Area Head or to Medical Director.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:<ul><li>Perform single case medical assessment, including the determination of seriousness, expectedness/listedness/labeledness, and causality of adverse events in compliance with current regulations, internal and external guidance documents, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Job Aids, the Argus User Reference Guide and case processing/coding</li><li>conventions.</li><li>Maintain the timely submission of expedited reports.</li><li>Support the achievement of the Therapeutic Area’s case processing performance timelines. Identify cases that meet SUSAR reporting criteria, prepare the SUSAR narrative, perform risk assessment, initiate the unblinding process (as appropriate), and make the report available for distribution.</li><li>Identify and evaluate safety signals based on individual cases and cumulative data assessment and by using other signal detection systems. Provide data-driven decisions and communicate these findings proactively and effectively to the key stakeholders.</li><li>Partner with Safety Surveillance and Risk Management and with other Worldwide Safety and Regulatory functional groups to monitor the safety profile of assigned products.</li><li>Actively participate in Risk Management Committees and other risk management activities for assigned therapeutic areas. Perform product safety reviews as appropriate.</li><li>Provide medical safety input as appropriate to Clinical Development Teams regarding expectedness/listedness/labeledness, causality, and data reconciliation.</li><li>As appropriate, provide medical safety input, and review or draft sections of response documents to health authority inquiries.</li><li>Work with the Therapeutic Area Head and Medical Review Head to proactively and effectively communicate product safety issues and proposed solutions to PSSR management and to the Office of the EU Qualified Person.</li><li>Provide timely review of and input to documents, including labeling, protocols, Investigator Brochure, and licensing agreements.</li><li>Provide timely input into product related milestones.</li><li>Provide medical input, review and analysis of Periodic Safety Update Reports, Expert Statements, Risk Management Plans, and other aggregate reports; where appropriate, draft components of these reports. Ensure accurate, relevant, and meaningful ICSR data and insights.</li><li>Provide medical advice and insights to Therapeutic Area colleagues to improve the quality, consistency, accuracy, and clinical relevance of safety reports.</li><li>Support PSSR Quality Assurance activities, addressing observations related to medical assessment, as appropriate. H Nestle Hellas αναζητά για το εργοστάσιό της Κορπή με έδρα Μοναστηράκι -Βόνιτσας Αιτωλοακαρνανίας,&nbsp;άτομο/α για τη στελέχωση της παρακάτω θέσης:Ειδικότητα : Ηλεκτρολόγος ή Ηλεκτρονικός Συντήρησης / παραγωγήςΓια σύμβαση&nbsp;αορίστου χρόνου Καθήκοντα / Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Εκτέλεση εργασιών προγραμματισμένης ηλεκτρομηχανολογικής συντήρησης των μηχανημάτων των γραμμών παραγωγής καθώς και του βοηθητικού μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού σύμφωνα με το πλάνο συντήρησης του εργοστασίου.</li><li>Επίλυση απρογραμμάτιστών σταματημάτων των γραμμών παραγωγής.</li><li>Συμμετοχή στην ανάλυση βλαβών για την μείωση των απρογραμμάτιστων σταματημάτων.</li><li>Τήρηση των ποιοτικών κριτήριων των παραγόμενων προϊόντων, καθώς και των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.</li><li>Να προτείνει διορθωτικές ενέργειες για τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης των γραμμών παραγωγής.</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε projects του εργοστασίου που αφορούν την βελτιστοποίηση των αποδόσεων και των βασικών δεικτών λειτουργικότητας του εργοστασίου.</li></ul>&nbsp;Προφίλ Υποψηφίου<ul><li>Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ Ηλεκτρολογίας ή Αυτοματισμού ή Ηλεκτρονικός ή Ηλεκτροτεχνίτης τεχνικής σχολής ( ΙΕΚ , τεχνικού Λυκείου , κλπ. )</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν</li><li>Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας ( γραπτά και προφορικά ) επίπεδο Lower</li><li>Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες</li><li>Υπευθυνότητα και ακεραιότητα</li><li>Ικανότητα προσαρμογής σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον</li><li>Άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος</li></ul>

Ηλεκτρολόγος

Στο πλαίσιο της ανάγκης κάλυψης επιχειρησιακών αναγκών, επιθυμούμε να εντάξουμε στην ομάδα μας&nbsp;Τεχνικό Βάρδιαςστην ειδικότητα ΗλεκτρολόγουΤhe Mall Athens&nbsp;O/Η νέος/α συνάδελφος θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τα παρακάτω:<ul><li>Εποπτεία του συνόλου των κτηριακών υποδομών και εγκαταστάσεων του συγκροτήματος και διενέργεια τακτικών ελέγχων.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού των εγκαταστάσεων (πλήρεις ηλεκτρολογικές εγκαταστάσεις ισχυρών και ασθενών ρευμάτων, συστήματα ψύξης- θέρμανσης, πυρασφάλειας-πυρόσβεσης, υδραυλικά συστήματα και αποχέτευσης, ανυψωτικά μηχανήματα κλπ.).</li><li>Παρακολούθηση της προληπτικής συντήρησης των παραπάνω εγκαταστάσεων.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση και χειρισμός των συστημάτων κτηριακής διαχείρισης του συγκροτήματος (Building&nbsp;Management&nbsp;Systems).</li><li>Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για εργασίες συντήρησης και τεχνικών έργων.</li><li>Συνεργασία µε τις εταιρείες Ασφάλειας και Καθαριότητας του συγκροτήματος, ώστε αυτές να επιτυγχάνουν το μέγιστο αποτέλεσμα</li><li>Διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση βλαβών του ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού και του συνόλου των κτηριακών υποδομών.&nbsp;</li><li>Έλεγχος των εγκαταστάσεων πυροπροστασίας (ενεργητικής και παθητικής) και συμμετοχή στις ομάδες πυροπροστασίας και εκτάκτων αναγκών.</li><li>Συντονισμός ενεργειών για την διαχείριση περιστατικών, με στόχο την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία του Κέντρου, των καταστημάτων του και των χώρων στάθμευσης.</li><li>Παροχή βασικής τεχνικής υποστήριξης στα καταστήματα του Εμπορικού Κέντρου.</li></ul>&nbsp;Οι κατάλληλοι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να πληρούν τα παρακάτω κριτήρια:&nbsp;Απαιτούμενες Δεξιότητες, Γνώσεις και Εμπειρία:<ul><li>Πτυχίο από ΤΕΕ, ΙΕΚ ή ΤΕΙ στην ειδικότητα του ηλεκτρολόγου.</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον τριών (3) ετών σε επιχειρήσεις όπως: πολυτελείς ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες, μεγάλα κτίρια, σύγχρονους χώρους συνάθροισης κοινού (κινηματογράφους, θέατρα κλπ.).</li><li>Άδεια Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος, απαραίτητη.</li><li>Η γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας θα αξιολογηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.</li><li>Στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις απαραιτήτως εκπληρωμένες για τους άνδρες υποψήφιους.</li></ul>&nbsp;Σε προσωπικό επίπεδο, οι ιδανικοί υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν:<ul><li>Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική συμπεριφορά.</li><li>Ομαδικό πνεύμα.</li><li>Δυνατότητα εργασίας υπό συνθήκες πίεσης κι ευελιξία ως προς το ωράριο εργασίας.</li></ul>Θα θέλαμε να επισημάνουμε ότι η θέση εργασίας περιλαμβάνει βάρδιες και εργασία τα Σαββατοκύριακα.&nbsp;Η Εταιρία μας προσφέρει:Το όραμά μας είναι να υλοποιήσουμε το μεγαλύτερο αστικό πρόγραμμα ανάπτυξης στην Ευρώπη.
