Based in Deloitte Thessaloniki Offices, you will be responsible for different support tasks and will be in contact with different internal and external stakeholders in&nbsp;Deloitte Belgium.&nbsp;It is therefore a unique opportunity to work in an international environment while collaborating with both the Belgian team and the local team in Thessaloniki. #Responsibilities<ul><li>We are a&nbsp;forward-thinking team&nbsp;who strive to provide the highest possible standards in the candidate experience journey at Deloitte. Joining our team, you will find yourself working with the full Belgium Talent Acquisition team:</li><li>Support the full Talent Acquisition team in a wide range of (administrative) tasks, play a key role in achieving our hiring targets, while focusing on delivering an&nbsp;outstanding candidate experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Being the&nbsp;first contact for candidates, guiding them through the selection process, providing additional information and aligning agendas for interview scheduling</li><li>Prepare and facilitate virtual business case days for campus recruitment</li><li>Data input&nbsp;in several Talent Acquisition tools like our applicant tracking system (Avature)&nbsp;</li><li>Support the full Talent Acquisition team with&nbsp;data quality management</li><li>Prepare and provide (weekly)&nbsp;reporting&nbsp;to management​</li><li>Be in charge of access management&nbsp;for different TA tools​</li><li>Posting vacancies&nbsp;on career websites​</li><li>Placeholding event representatives&nbsp;for on campus and Deloitte hosted events</li></ul> #OurRequirements<ul><li>Ability to&nbsp;build credibility and trust relationship&nbsp;with various stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, …)</li><li>Eye for&nbsp;details, punctual&nbsp;and excellent&nbsp;organizational skills</li><li>Love working in a&nbsp;fast-paced environment, being flexible and are open for change</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Team player, can do attitude, perseverant in both local and working from abroad environment</li><li>A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus</li><li>Sound knowledge of&nbsp;MS office&nbsp;applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook);</li><li>Fluent in English (written and orally), knowledge of French/Dutch is an asset</li><li>Experience using ATS’s and CRM systems is an asset</li></ul> #WhatWeOfferAt Deloitte, we know that great people make a great organization.
