We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to join our Insurance Services team, focusing on driving strategic change and operational excellence across insurance organizations. This role involves assessing and redesigning business processes, supporting senior decision-makers through data-driven insights, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to implement transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer value. Business Transformation Consultant - Insurance Services

Reporting directly to the HR Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in executing payroll processes and managing core HR operations. This is a hands-on role with exposure to the full employee lifecycle and compliance activities, offering the opportunity to gradually expand into broader HR functions such as recruitment, employee benefits, learning &amp; development, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Support core HR operations by ensuring accurate execution of employee lifecycle processes, compliance tasks, and coordination with internal departments and external providers</li><li>Execute payroll processes including salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, and employee entries/exits, in close collaboration with Accounting and external payroll partners</li><li>Coordinate benefits administration, such as meal vouchers via Edenred, ensuring timely and accurate data flow across systems</li><li>Manage employee insurance procedures, including onboarding/offboarding in private plans, and liaising with IKA, banks, and insurance providers</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor legislation, including ERGANI submissions and post-payroll processes such as ΑΠΔ and ΦΜΥ</li><li>Oversee onboarding and offboarding logistics, preparing contracts and documentation, updating HR systems, and coordinating equipment handovers</li><li>Maintain and support HR tools and systems, including mobile telephony setups and internal platforms used for employee management</li><li>Contribute to ad hoc HR support, including employee file audits, request logging, onboarding logistics, and quarterly CSR or internal events</li><li>Gradually expand into broader HR functions, such as recruitment, employee benefits, learning &amp; development, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives—based on interest and business needs</li><li>Other tasks may be assigned from time to time, as needed</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field</li><li>1–2 years of hands-on experience in payroll execution, combined with a solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Familiarity with ERGANI submissions and exposure to post-payroll processes such as ΑΠΔ and ΦΜΥ is highly desirable</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Greek employment legislation and compliance standards</li><li>Demonstrated passion for Human Resources, with a genuine interest in expanding into areas such as recruitment, rewards, learning &amp; development, and employee engagement</li><li>Proficiency in payroll software (ideally Epsilon or Entersoft) and advanced use of MS Office tools, especially Excel</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English, with the ability to communicate professionally across teams and stakeholders</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy</li><li>High level of confidentiality and discretion</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Clear and professional communication style</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across teams</li><li>Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn</li><li>Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Genuine interest in contributing to broader HR initiatives</li></ul>
