About the job
Everllence Hellas Ltd is looking for a Sales Coordinator to work for Order Processing department, to handle logistics aspects for spare parts in collaboration with the Headquarters in Denmark and our organization globally. . The job requires you to be able work independently while you have a keen sense of community as well can work in teams.
We can offer you the following tasks
Offer and order preparation for spare parts for defined countries and/or customers
Responsibility for the coordination and preparation of worldwide shipping orders
Interface between our customers, external organization and internal departments
Follow up of open orders with our customers and the local organization
Update of customer data
Preparation of return deliveries and corresponding credit notes
You can help us with these qualifications
Experience in order processing and sales support
Knowledge and experience with customs and foreign trade regulations
Commercial competencies.
Knowledge of SAP SD modules and MS Office
English language skills fluent in written and spoken.
Ability to work independently
Advantageous good knowledge of the maritime industry, diesel engines and/or diesel power plants
