This is a unique opportunity to build enterprise-grade pricing frameworks, standardize best practices across multiple countries, and drive sustainable margin improvement through pricing discipline and process excellence.&nbsp;You'll be the architect of our pricing and revenue excellence capabilities, working at the heart of our commercial operations.You will lead the design and implementation of :<ul><li>Standardized pricing frameworks&nbsp;across countries, service lines, and client segments—including rate cards and indexation templates</li><li>End-to-end process orchestration&nbsp;for change request management—from intake through pricing, client response, invoicing, and contract compliance</li><li>Revenue protection mechanisms&nbsp;ensuring full application of contractual terms, including inflation adjustments and indexation clauses</li><li>Pricing analytics and governance&nbsp;that provide visibility and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Commercial enablement&nbsp;through tools, templates, and training across our European teams</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Day-to-Day Responsibilities&nbsp;Strategic Pricing &amp; Framework Design<ul><li>Develop and implement standardized rate cards across European markets</li><li>Create country-specific indexation clause templates that ensure automatic price adjustments</li><li>Design pricing methodologies for different engagement types (T&amp;M, fixed price, value-based)</li><li>Establish pricing governance and approval workflows with built-in compliance checks</li></ul>&nbsp;Revenue Protection &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Implement controls to ensure complete and accurate invoicing of delivered work</li><li>Design processes to systematically apply inflation clauses and indexation adjustments</li><li>Create monitoring mechanisms to track contract compliance and revenue realization</li><li>Develop analytics to identify and close revenue leakage gaps</li></ul>&nbsp;Process Excellence<ul><li>Build end-to-end processes for managing opportunities and change requests</li><li>Design templates, tools, and playbooks that embed pricing discipline across the organization</li><li>Implement checkpoints ensuring contractual terms (pricing, indexation, scope) are properly applied</li><li>Develop pricing and revenue analytics dashboards to track performance and inform decisions</li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership</li><li>Partner with country managers, delivery teams, and finance to align on commercial practices</li><li>Train and coach teams on pricing processes, contract management, and best practices</li><li>Serve as the pricing authority for complex or strategic opportunities</li><li>Drive adoption and behavioral change across the organization</li></ul>&nbsp;Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Monitor market trends, inflation indices, and competitive positioning</li><li>Gather stakeholder feedback to refine frameworks and processes</li><li>Identify automation and digitization opportunities</li><li>Stay current on pricing innovation and revenue optimization best practices</li></ul>&nbsp;Who are we looking for&nbsp;<ul><li>5 years minimum in management consulting&nbsp;(strategy, operations, or pricing practices preferred) or similar high-performing environment</li><li>Analytical rigor: Comfortable with data analysis, financial modeling, and translating insights into actionable strategies</li><li>Process design mindset: Proven ability to create scalable frameworks and drive operational transformation</li><li>Business acumen: Understanding of B2B pricing, margin dynamics, contract management, and value realization</li><li>Stakeholder management: Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across geographies</li><li>Entrepreneurial executor: You identify opportunities and drive them to completion autonomously</li><li>Fluent English&nbsp;(additional European languages a plus)</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with rate card development, indexation mechanisms, or pricing tool implementation</li><li>Background in professional services, consulting, or project-based businesses</li><li>Understanding of inflation indexation and contract price adjustment mechanisms</li><li>Track record in change management and driving organizational adoption</li><li>Understanding of multi-country European operations and local market dynamics</li></ul>&nbsp;
