We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>Currently we are searching to hire for our sales network of company own stores (Shell stations) an&nbsp;Account Manager&nbsp;to be part of a very dynamic team in Thessaloniki&nbsp;and assist on the delivery of our sales plans for the specified portfolio of stations.&nbsp;<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>nsure consistent application of commercial agreements and full delivery of the customer value proposition across allocated stations</li><li>Coache the Retailers, support recruitment and the site allocation processes and maintain a strong succession pipeline within the area of their responsibility</li><li>Ensure Retailers train and develop their staff, emphasizing on customer service excellence and proper execution of operational standards</li><li>Align on annual sales/expense plans with the Retailers, tracks results, and supports action plans to close performance gaps</li><li>Build a strong safety culture, enforce&nbsp;all related procedures and ensures achievement of agreed HSE targets and compliance standards</li><li>Conduct structured visits covering fuels and NFR, including fuel stock, cash, fiscal records, product availability, planogram adherence, FIFO, promotions and expired-product controls</li><li>Represent the company in inspections (e.g., tax, commerce, regulatory bodies), perform inventory audits, and prepare reporting for the Marketing department</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related discipline</li><li>Master Degree will be considered a plus</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in sales as an Account Manager or other similar role</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office tools</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What give us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
