G4S, a member of Allied Universal®, a leading global security company, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our Security Systems and Monitoring division. Role is based in Athens In this role, you will play a pivotal role in:<ul><li>Helping our businesses win new customers and retain existing ones</li><li>Building exceptional, long-term relationships with private consumers, small medium companies on security systems and services from G4S.</li><li>Presenting, promoting and selling products and services using proven risk analysis methodologies to existing and prospective customers within the area of your responsibility.</li><li>Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships</li><li>Achieving/Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments upon agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule</li><li>Successfully navigating the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to proposal development and closing deals</li><li>Collaborating with colleagues to win tenders and quotations</li><li>Attending meetings with major customers' representatives within specific areas/branches.</li><li>Managing assigned Security Monitoring (SM) projects within budget and timeline, ensuring team collaboration</li><li>Conducting regular quality inspections and reporting findings to management</li><li>Exceeding customer expectations by delivering high-quality security solutions at a competitive cost</li><li>Continuously developing your knowledge and skills through training and performance reviews</li><li>Maintaining the division's quality standards through established processes and tools</li><li>Representing G4S professionally by fostering strong relationships with key customer representatives</li></ul>Job requirementsTo be successful in this role, you will possess:<ul><li>A strong understanding of security systems and technology trends able to analyze risks and demands for any opportunity to ensure optimum solution is offered for total customer satisfaction.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients according to G4S standards</li><li>Proven sales experience and a results-oriented mindset</li><li>The ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into customized solutions</li><li>Project management and organizational skills</li><li>Know and apply the company values and code of ethics.</li><li>Seeking personal growth attending periodic training sessions and reviews</li></ul>We offer:A competitive compensation package which includes attractive salary, quarterly commission based on results, private health and life insurance, company car and travel expenses.Industry leading sales training and a portfolio of innovative products and services, across a broad range of security solutions and above all a collaborative modern work environment with unlimited possibilities for future advancement.
