G4S, a member of Allied Universal®, a leading global security company, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our Security Systems and Monitoring division.

Role is based in Athens

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Helping our businesses win new customers and retain existing ones

  • Building exceptional, long-term relationships with private consumers, small medium companies on security systems and services from G4S.

  • Presenting, promoting and selling products and services using proven risk analysis methodologies to existing and prospective customers within the area of your responsibility.

  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships

  • Achieving/Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments upon agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Successfully navigating the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to proposal development and closing deals

  • Collaborating with colleagues to win tenders and quotations

  • Attending meetings with major customers' representatives within specific areas/branches.

  • Managing assigned Security Monitoring (SM) projects within budget and timeline, ensuring team collaboration

  • Conducting regular quality inspections and reporting findings to management

  • Exceeding customer expectations by delivering high-quality security solutions at a competitive cost

  • Continuously developing your knowledge and skills through training and performance reviews

  • Maintaining the division's quality standards through established processes and tools

  • Representing G4S professionally by fostering strong relationships with key customer representatives

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong understanding of security systems and technology trends able to analyze risks and demands for any opportunity to ensure optimum solution is offered for total customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients according to G4S standards

  • Proven sales experience and a results-oriented mindset

  • The ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into customized solutions

  • Project management and organizational skills

  • Know and apply the company values and code of ethics.

  • Seeking personal growth attending periodic training sessions and reviews
