The Architect/Civil Engineer will work with the Retail Construction Project Team through a fixed-term&nbsp;contract, monitoring and controlling surveys related to OPAP Stores network development. Area Sales Manager – South Greece

As a&nbsp;Technical Maturity Associate, you will report to the Maturity Team Leader and be part of ARES’s Asset Management Division, working on the Technical Maturity process for Real Estate portfolios serviced by Alpha Real Estate Services.&nbsp;In this role, you will apply your expertise as an experienced Engineer (Civil/Architect/Surveyor) to support the Legalization of Properties in accordance with Laws 3843/10, 4178/13 &amp; 4495/17, ensuring compliance and timely project execution. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
