What you'll do
- Develop project designs from preliminary concepts through full construction drawings and documentation
- Manage assigned projects from start to finish and provide architectural solutions
- Review architectural concept proposals in detail
- Prepare and monitor technical specifications in line with Greek building legislation
- Liaise with government authorities and support technical administration
- Monitor and control surveys related to OPAP Stores network development
- Coordinate with project team members and colleagues to align their actions
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Design management, architectural design and architectural proposal review
- Construction drawings and documentation, technical specifications and project management
- AutoCAD, MS Office and 3D rendering
- Architectural legal framework and Greek building legislation
- Electrical-mechanical design and survey monitoring and control
- Technical administration and bilingual communication in Greek and English
- Architecture / Civil Engineering / Surveying Engineering
