As a Senior Network Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading network programs or projects of increased complexity and business importance for Vodafone.More specifically, you will:&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage the full lifecycle of &nbsp;complex Network programs and projects: feasibility study, development, testing, acceptance and implementation of network platforms, in all Network technology areas (Mobile&amp;Fixed Access, Voice&amp;Data Core, Services, Transmission &amp; Transport, Digital &amp; OSS). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Interface and collaborate with Network Strategy &amp; Engineering &nbsp;Market Delivery Manager, vertical Managers and Network domain experts allocated for aforementioned &nbsp;Projects, as well as &nbsp;Business stakeholders – Report on CxO level when required. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Apply Feasibility Assessment &amp; Delivery Management Network Strategy &amp; Engineering processes • &nbsp; &nbsp;Define the project plan in agreement with all parties involved including the external stakeholders. Defines the detailed project activities and monitors/tracks them permanently. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Build the program/project organizational model and makes sure that resources are available at all times, so that project deliverables are not affected (no business impact).&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for the information flow/ communication within the team and with the main stakeholders, internal and external to Network Strategy &amp; Engineering (stage gate approval, complete technical solution sharing and associated costs).&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform risk management and change management as part of the program/project activities to make the business requirements of the external customers are met, including costs, timelines and agreed quality KPIs • &nbsp; &nbsp;Permanently track program’s/projects’ evolution and timely reports project status to VF Greece Market Delivery Manager &amp; related stakeholders. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Implement solid program &amp; project management principles and related PM tools across the organization. Senior Network Project Manager

Manage E2E Leases/Rentals for Mobile &amp; Fixed Access Networks, Mobile &amp; Fixed access Leased Lines, of Fixed A/K connectivity and A/K VDSL capability upgrade. Partner management of Leased Lines’ connectivity providers’ and SPOC towards Regulatory topics relevant with Fixed access connectivity options and pricing.More specifically you will: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage the Leases &amp; Rentals for Mobile Access (Mobile Sites) and Fixed access (mDC &amp; TPoP) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage e2e the Fixed Access Leased Lines (E-lines, IRUs, OKSYA, NGA interconnections, OKSY Wholesale)&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage e2e the A/K capability upgrade from ADSL services to VDSL (VPU and VPU light) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Partner management of Leased Lines’ connectivity providers’ (OTE, Rural, Grid, FiberGrid) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage Fixed A/K connectivity&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Act as Fixed access connectivity SPOC for Regulatory related topics&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage e2e the CGA Cabinet restoration of the structural damages&nbsp;Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong experience in Fixed networking technologies like CGA, NGA and Fiber Optics networks • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in managing the relations with Vendors, and cross-functional teams • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in Fixed Access Networks, Voice/Data/Video networking, including high and low-level design and/or operational experience maintaining a medium to large size IP/MPLS network • &nbsp; &nbsp;In-depth knowledge of the following networking technologies:&nbsp; o &nbsp; &nbsp;xDSL networks o &nbsp; &nbsp;VoIP/SIP o &nbsp; &nbsp;IP/MPLS o &nbsp; &nbsp;Aggregation (Layer2) &nbsp; o &nbsp; &nbsp;IP Routing and Termination o &nbsp; &nbsp;CPEs and CPE Management &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent understanding of existing &amp; future ICT technologies and their business impact • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; co-operating in complex organizations with large matrix organisations • &nbsp; &nbsp;Self-motived with strong problem-solving skills &amp; ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment • &nbsp; &nbsp;Skilled in multi-tasking, prioritizing and coping with complex projects and tight deadlines&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek &amp; English, with both technical and business audiences &nbsp;Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
