The successful candidates will work in designing consumer-oriented websites and mobile applications that embody our clients' brands.During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:<ul><li>Create top quality design work and innovative online experiences for a wide-range of markets &amp; brands</li><li>Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their brand identity, target audience, and design requirements</li><li>Utilize Figma and Figma AI features (e.g., Figma Make, auto-layout, components) to rapidly prototype and iterate design solutions</li><li>Develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites and mobile app designs that align with clients' brands and meet their business objectives</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions</li><li>Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries for consistency across products</li><li>Fully own and present creative concepts internally and to the client throughout all phases of the project</li><li>Conduct thorough research and stay updated with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of web and mobile app design</li><li>Apply a user-centered design approach to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms</li><li>Optimize designs for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility</li><li>Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytical insights</li><li>Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design deliverables</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers or other cross-functional team members to ensure successful implementation of designs</li></ul> <ul><li></li></ul>#WinningRequirements&nbsp;To qualify for the role, you must have:<ul><li>University degree in Engineering, Design, Computer Science or technical disciplines</li><li>Up to 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role</li><li>Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design</li><li>Strong empathy for understanding and connecting with different brands and their target audiences</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts, collaborate with team members, and present ideas to clients</li><li>Ability to understand front-end development constraints and collaborate effectively with developers</li><li>Attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual design</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma.
