The American College of Greece is seeking a Specialist – Support Services to join the International Student Services Office. The successful candidate will support international and study abroad students throughout their pre-arrival, transition, and on-campus experience, contributing to their smooth adjustment and overall engagement with college life.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide pre-arrival support to all international and study abroad students by answering emails received and managing all necessary pre-arrival forms.</li><li>Support the International Student Services Office through advanced administrative and operational functions related to student support, internal operations, and promotional material development.</li><li>Assist international and study abroad students with international program services and activities.</li><li>Contribute to the organization and implementation of events and excursions for international and study abroad students.</li><li>Develop, manage, and update social media platforms for the International Student Services Office to promote college life, events, and student engagement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain contact with all international and study abroad students, supporting their integration and adjustment to college life throughout their stay.</li><li>Assist with the administration and coordination of student satisfaction surveys for residential students at the beginning and end of each semester/session.</li><li>Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor Degree</li><li>1-2 years’ work experience in counselling/advising, sales or customer care positions</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek &amp; English</li><li>Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong customer-service orientation and student-centered approach</li><li>Effective Interpersonal and communication Skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information</li><li>Team Work</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively</li><li>Strong time management skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in culturally and ethnically diverse environments.</li></ul>Other requirements:<ul><li>Flexibility in work schedule to support departmental needs as required.</li></ul>

Specialist – Support Services, International Student Services
