Επιπλέον, ο Ηλεκτρολόγος θα πρέπει να είναι σε θέση να διαχειρίζεται βασικές μηχανικές επισκευές, εφόσον χρειάζεται, για την υποστήριξη της συνολικής λειτουργικότητας του εξοπλισμού.Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Εκτέλεση εργασιών συντήρησης σε μηχανήματα συνεχούς παραγωγής, σε αυτοματοποιημένη γραμμή παραγωγής.</li><li>Εντοπισμός και επίλυση προβλημάτων σε βιομηχανικούς αυτοματισμούς, PLCs, inverters, αισθητήρες, ζυγαριές και γενικό βιομηχανικό ηλεκτρολογικό εξοπλισμό.</li><li>Υποστήριξη στην αποκατάσταση βλαβών κατά τη διάρκεια των βαρδιών παραγωγής και συμμετοχή σε επενδύσεις και ειδικές συντηρήσεις του εργοστασίου.</li><li>Συμμετοχή στη συντήρηση υδραυλικών και πνευματικών εγκαταστάσεων, ειδικά στα εξαρτήματα που συνδέονται με τις ηλεκτρικές εγκαταστάσεις.</li><li>Εκτέλεση εγκαταστάσεων ή αλλαγών σε ηλεκτρικά συστήματα, κυκλώματα ισχύος και ελέγχου, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες νέων εγκαταστάσεων και εξοπλισμού.</li><li>Εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση ηλεκτρικών και πίνακων ελέγχου, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της καλωδίωσης βιομηχανικών δικτύων.</li><li>Συμμόρφωση με την Πολιτική Υγείας &amp; Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος της Εταιρείας, ώστε να διατηρείται ένα ασφαλές και προστατευμένο περιβάλλον.</li><li>Διενέργεια εκτιμήσεων κινδύνου για νέα και υπάρχοντα έργα ηλεκτρολογικών/αυτοματισμών για τον εντοπισμό και την αντιμετώπιση πιθανών κινδύνων.</li><li>Διασφάλιση της καθαριότητας (5S) και της συντήρησης του χώρου εργασίας, των εργαλείων και του εξοπλισμού ατομικής προστασίας (PPE).</li><li>Καταγραφή των εργασιών που εκτελούνται στο σύστημα συντήρησης (SAP-PM), περιγράφοντας με σαφήνεια και συντομία την υπηρεσία που πραγματοποιήθηκε, τη διάρκειά της και τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν.</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε πρωτοβουλίες συνεχούς βελτίωσης του εργοστασίου, παρέχοντας πληροφορίες και προτάσεις βάσει της εμπειρίας σας σε ηλεκτρολογικά/συστήματα ελέγχου.</li></ul>Τι θα θέλαμε να έχετε:Μας ενδιαφέρει εσείς ως άτομο: η στάση σας, οι συμπεριφορές σας και οι αξίες σας.
