At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, we are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Pelagos Restaurant and Astron Bar &amp; Lounge as a permanent member of our team. You will set the strategic vision, manage operations and finances, drive revenue and profitability, and mentor the next generation of restaurant leaders. At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Concierge Agent for the Season 2026 (minimum 8 months contract) to serve as a pivotal resource for our guests. The core scope and purpose of this position is to respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their individual needs and desires, and then elevating the service by adding personal recommendations and touches. Your expertise will be essential in crafting truly memorable experiences, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while meticulously complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.What You Will Do<ul><li>Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Assures that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, local attractions, maps, and directions are updated as needed.
