At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, we are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Pelagos Restaurant and Astron Bar &amp; Lounge as a permanent member of our team. You will set the strategic vision, manage operations and finances, drive revenue and profitability, and mentor the next generation of restaurant leaders. The core scope and purpose of this position is to respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their individual needs and desires, and then elevating the service by adding personal recommendations and touches.
