We are seeking a seasoned commercial and sales-driven professional to work on the commercial strategy concerning the everyday, convenience, and luxury services we intend to offer to The Ellinikon residents and visitors.He/She will be a member of the Lamda Development Property &amp; Facility Management Team.Job SummaryThe Property &amp; Experience Commercial Manager will shape the end-to-end commercial strategy of the entire portfolio of services, including commercial planning, pricing, go-to-market, sales development and revenue execution. The portfolio includes in-home property management services, personal care, wellness, retail, and digitally-enabled daily experiences.He/She will drive commercial performance, boosting demand and customer lifetime value across all physical and digital touchpoints.In detail, the Commercial Manager will have the following responsibilities:&nbsp;<ol><li>Commercial Strategy:</li></ol><ul><li>Develop end-to-end commercial strategy for the convenience and luxury services portfolio, ensuring competitive market positioning, clear margin and growth targets</li><li>Define revenue models, pricing frameworks and promotional levers (e.g., discounts, cross-service bundles, etc.) and tiering logic</li><li>Design and execute loyalty and membership programs</li><li>Drive initiatives that increase repeat usage, upselling, cross-selling and retention</li><li>Understand and monitor uplift and portfolio-level economics</li><li>Propose, evaluate and launch new value-add services or optimize existing ones based on customer behavior and market trends.</li></ul>&nbsp;Go-to-Market, Sales Development &amp; Revenue Execution<ul><li>Define launch strategies for new services and new markets</li><li>Identify priority customer segments and adoption levers</li><li>Develop sales plans, quarterly targets, and channel‑specific tactics (digital, onsite, partner-driven)</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing to build compelling value propositions that improve conversion and sales funnel performance</li><li>Train internal and external teams (e.g., concierge, partners, customer support) on product positioning and messaging</li><li>Translate data and customer insights into actionable commercial strategies</li><li>Monitor growth KPIs, forecast revenue, and optimize the sales process end‑to‑end</li><li>Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track portfolio performance</li></ul><ol start="3"><li>Market &amp; Consumer Insights:</li></ol><ul><li>Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking across retail, property management, personal care &amp; wellness, digital innovations shaping consumer market</li><li>Lead consumer insights programs and translate findings into actionable commercial initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with customer experience specialists to refine offerings based on customer feedback and NPS insights.</li></ul>You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:Academic Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Hospitality or related field</li><li>Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) preferred</li></ul>Professional Experience:<ul><li>7–10+ years in Commercial Strategy, Sales, Product Management (consumer), Business Development, Hospitality (Commercial)</li><li>Proven track record of meeting revenue and growth targets</li><li>Demonstrated experience in designing loyalty and incentives schemes</li><li>Experience in managing or influencing P&amp;L for large product portfolios</li><li>Strong analytics, pricing, and market analysis background</li></ul><ul><li>Preferred experience in one or more of the following industries:<ul><li>E-commerce platforms/ marketplaces</li><li>Luxury goods</li><li>Hospitality</li><li>Property Management</li><li>Personal Care / FMCG</li><li>Large Retail</li><li>Telecommunications</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with omnichannel/digital service models.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Capabilities<ul><li>Strong command of the English language</li><li>Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders including sales, marketing, product development and digital</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape pricing and commercial strategy from scratch</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into executable commercial plans</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.</li></ul>On a personal side, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:<ul><li>Commercially driven with a growth mindset and strong business judgment</li><li>Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions</li><li>Able to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution</li><li>Able to drive alignment and compromise between different stakeholders</li><li>High energy and passionate individual who inspires teammates</li><li>High ownership mentality and ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Embraces a culture of trust and transparency.</li></ul>Our Company offers:Our vision is to bring to life the largest urban regeneration project in Europe.
