We are seeking a seasoned commercial and sales-driven professional to work on the commercial strategy concerning the everyday, convenience, and luxury services we intend to offer to The Ellinikon residents and visitors.
He/She will be a member of the Lamda Development Property & Facility Management Team.
Job Summary
The Property & Experience Commercial Manager will shape the end-to-end commercial strategy of the entire portfolio of services, including commercial planning, pricing, go-to-market, sales development and revenue execution. The portfolio includes in-home property management services, personal care, wellness, retail, and digitally-enabled daily experiences.
He/She will drive commercial performance, boosting demand and customer lifetime value across all physical and digital touchpoints.
In detail, the Commercial Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy:
Develop end-to-end commercial strategy for the convenience and luxury services portfolio, ensuring competitive market positioning, clear margin and growth targets
Define revenue models, pricing frameworks and promotional levers (e.g., discounts, cross-service bundles, etc.) and tiering logic
Design and execute loyalty and membership programs
Drive initiatives that increase repeat usage, upselling, cross-selling and retention
Understand and monitor uplift and portfolio-level economics
Propose, evaluate and launch new value-add services or optimize existing ones based on customer behavior and market trends.
Go-to-Market, Sales Development & Revenue Execution
Define launch strategies for new services and new markets
Identify priority customer segments and adoption levers
Develop sales plans, quarterly targets, and channel‑specific tactics (digital, onsite, partner-driven)
Collaborate closely with Marketing to build compelling value propositions that improve conversion and sales funnel performance
Train internal and external teams (e.g., concierge, partners, customer support) on product positioning and messaging
Translate data and customer insights into actionable commercial strategies
Monitor growth KPIs, forecast revenue, and optimize the sales process end‑to‑end
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track portfolio performance
Market & Consumer Insights:
Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking across retail, property management, personal care & wellness, digital innovations shaping consumer market
Lead consumer insights programs and translate findings into actionable commercial initiatives
Coordinate with customer experience specialists to refine offerings based on customer feedback and NPS insights.
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) preferred
Professional Experience:
7–10+ years in Commercial Strategy, Sales, Product Management (consumer), Business Development, Hospitality (Commercial)
Proven track record of meeting revenue and growth targets
Demonstrated experience in designing loyalty and incentives schemes
Experience in managing or influencing P&L for large product portfolios
Strong analytics, pricing, and market analysis background
Preferred experience in one or more of the following industries:
E-commerce platforms/ marketplaces
Luxury goods
Hospitality
Property Management
Personal Care / FMCG
Large Retail
Telecommunications
Familiarity with omnichannel/digital service models.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong command of the English language
Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders including sales, marketing, product development and digital
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape pricing and commercial strategy from scratch
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into executable commercial plans
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
