For this reason, Bennett has established itself as the fastest-growing company in the pharmaceutical market.The continuous modernization of our infrastructure and the ongoing training of our personnel aim to provide a substantial service to those who need our products, ensuring a high quality of life.We are looking for a&nbsp;Business Development Manager&nbsp;based in the Company’s headquarters in Kifisia.Role Description:<ul><li>Engage in comprehensive pipeline analysis, using market reports and information to identify gaps, unmet needs, and opportunities in current and future trends.</li><li>Understand GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).</li><li>Evaluate the market potential of specific products within therapeutic categories, addressing gaps and opportunities in domestic and specific international markets in the current pipeline.</li><li>Conduct thorough reviews of the pharmaceutical market landscape and potential opportunities, identifying portfolio options per agreed strategy.</li><li>Prepare and present business cases for selected products to support decision making.</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various partners to ensure a sustainable portfolio.</li><li>Active participation in pharmaceutical business development, portfolio, and partnership conferences.</li><li>Monitor and report to the Chief of Strategy on new business development activities and various projects, preparing reports and presentations for communicating sales progress, results, and business activity.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant Business Development role in the pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences.</li><li>MBA/MSc will be considered an asset.</li><li>Excellent command (written and verbal) of English language and proficient knowledge of medical terminology.</li><li>Excellent communication skills along with strategic thinking.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.</li><li>Team working spirit.</li><li>Knowledge of local regulatory affairs regulation.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Willing to travel.</li></ul>Company offers:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package.</li><li>Private medical health insurance.</li><li>Friendly and challenging working environment.</li></ul>Career development and progression opportunities.
