Procurement Management:<ul><li>Lead RFI/RFP processes and vendor selection, managing partner relationships after implementation (QBR)</li></ul>Operational Excellence:&nbsp;<ul><li>Guarantee application(s) stability, security, and performance as the final escalation point.</li></ul>Team coordination:&nbsp;<ul><li>Coordinate matrixed internal teams and external vendors to achieve project and operational goals.</li></ul>As an IT Project ManagerInitiation &amp; Planning:<ul><li>Collaborate with sponsors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, work-breakdown structure and resource plan</li><li>Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.</li><li>Establish project budget and track invoices process.</li></ul>RFI / RFP Preparation:<ul><li>Partner with business and technical teams to define detailed requirements for new software</li><li>Author comprehensive Request for Information and Request for Proposal documents.</li><li>Manage the vendor communication and Q&amp;A process.</li><li>Organize and facilitate vendor demonstrations.</li><li>Lead the vendor evaluation committee, develop scoring matrices and provide a final selection recommendation.</li><li>Support the procurement and legal teams during contract negotiation.</li></ul>Execution &amp; Control:<ul><li>Lead project kick-off meetings and regular status meetings.</li><li>Proactively manage and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.</li><li>Manage the project budget, tracking actuals against forecast and handling change requests.</li><li>Prepare and deliver clear status reports and presentations to all levels of stakeholders</li><li>Ensure project documentation and deliverables are tracked, reviewed and approved</li></ul>Closure:<ul><li>Coordinate User acceptance testing and ensure all criterias are met for go-live.</li><li>Manage the project transition to the operational support team.</li><li>Conduct post-project reviews and "lessons learned" sessions.</li></ul>As an Application OwnerStrategy &amp; Roadmap:<ul><li>Develop and maintain the 3-5 year strategic roadmap for the application(s), aligning with business objectives.</li><li>Plan for the application lifecycle, including upgrades, enhancements, and eventual closure.</li></ul>Financial Management:<ul><li>Develop and manage the annual budget for the application(s), including licenses, maintenance, support, and enhancement costs.</li><li>Continuously track and optimize costs</li></ul>Operations &amp; Performance:<ul><li>Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents and problem management.</li><li>Monitor application performance, availability, and user satisfaction.</li><li>Liaise with infrastructure, database, and security teams to ensure the underlying technology stack is robust and secure.</li></ul>Lifecycle &amp; Vendor Management:<ul><li>Manage the backlog of bug fixes and enhancement requests</li><li>Oversee the release management and change control process for the application.</li><li>Manage the relationship with the application vendor(s), ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and driving value from the partnership.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Security:<ul><li>Ensure the application adheres to all internal security policies and external regulations.</li><li>Elaborate compliance and security documentation during project implementation</li><li>Coordinate regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery testing</li></ul>Qualifications:Essential<ul><li>Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering</li><li>More than 5 years of practical experience in projects related applications</li><li>Demonstrable experience as an application owner, product management</li><li>Project management certification (PMP)</li><li>Proven, end-to-end experience leading RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and selection.</li><li>Strong experience managing external vendors and managed service providers</li><li>Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company</li><li>Fluent or native English speaker</li><li>Knowledge and experience on Google workplace</li></ul>&nbsp;Desirable<ul><li>Knowledge and experience with technical fields ( application architecture, servers and applications services troubleshooting,...)</li><li>Knowledge of Imerys internal organization</li><li>Conversant in French would be advantageous</li></ul>
