Intellectica is recruiting a motivated Executive Coordinator on behalf of The Hellenic Association of Entrepreneurs (EENE), a thriving community comprising over 200 dynamic Greek entrepreneurs. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting directly to the Management team, the successful candidate will be providing administrative support, playing a pivotal role in supporting the association's mission, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.&nbsp;Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Managing the administrative functions of the association's back office to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Serving as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, members, and partners, maintaining a polished and professional communication flow across all channels</li><li>Monitoring internal processes and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the Executive Office</li><li>Welcoming and registering guests, handling phone calls, and receiving company deliveries</li><li>Maintaining open lines of communication with all association members through telephone and email, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly</li><li>Overseeing the process of member applications and managing welcome emails for all ongoing events ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for attendees</li><li>Proactively following up with members, and confirming attendance for upcoming activities, ensuring a high level of member engagement</li><li>Attending board of directors' meetings, taking comprehensive notes, and drafting official meeting minutes, capturing key discussions and decisions accurately</li><li>Actively participating in association’s events, representing the organization professionally and engaging with members and stakeholders</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Master’s degree is a plus</li><li>Previous experience in secretarial and/or administrative support</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and related tools</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify discrepancies</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively</li></ul>
