Η&nbsp;FAMAR Α.Β.Ε.&nbsp;Πολυεθνική Εταιρεία που δραστηριοποιείται στην Ευρώπη, με ηγετική θέση στο χώρο της παραγωγής φαρμάκων και καλλυντικών, ζητά να προσλάβει για το Εργοστάσιό της στον Αυλώνα:&nbsp;Planning Officer(PO_ΑΥΛ_2025)Ο/Η Planning Officer είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την υποστήριξη της Επιχειρησιακής Μονάδας (BU) στις διαδικασίες προγραμματισμού Παραγωγής και Συσκευασίας.&nbsp;Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Χρησιμοποιεί το εργαλείο OMP, εκτελώντας τις καθημερινές ενέργειες που απαιτούνται για την υλοποίηση του προγράμματος Παραγωγής και Συσκευασίας του εργοστασίου.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ελέγχει και συντονίζει τη διόρθωση και ολοκλήρωση των Δεδομένων Μητρώου Master Data, (όπως SKU Master Data, BOMs, Παραλλαγές Παραγωγής, Διαδρομές) σε συμφωνία με το Core Model Master Data της FAMAR και σε συνεργασία με τις αρμόδιες λειτουργίες, ώστε να επιτευχθεί ακριβής προγραμματισμός παραγωγής και αύξηση της παραγωγικότητας.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Προετοιμάζει εναλλακτικά προγράμματα παραγωγής και σχέδια δράσης για την επίτευξη του βέλτιστου σεναρίου παραγωγής, με στόχο την ελαχιστοποίηση του κόστους και τη διατήρηση της αποδοτικότητας των γραμμών παραγωγής και συσκευασίας.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ελέγχει τη διαθεσιμότητα των υλικών, ενημερώνει όλους τους εμπλεκόμενους για τους πιθανούς κινδύνους και τις ενέργειες που απαιτούνται για την τήρηση του προγράμματος παραγωγής και των μηνιαίων στόχων.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Συγκεντρώνει καθημερινά τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για τον καλύτερο προγραμματισμό και έλεγχο της παραγωγής μέσω καθημερινών συναντήσεων με τα Τμήματα Παραγωγής και Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Δημιουργεί, ελέγχει και υπογράφει καθημερινά εντολές διεργασίας για τα τμήματα παραγωγής και συσκευασίας.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Δημιουργεί αναφορές που υποστηρίζουν το τμήμα προγραμματισμού.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ακολουθεί και συμμορφώνεται με όλες τις ορθές πρακτικές (GMP), με το Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας, τις κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις, τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες και διαδικασίες της εταιρείας, τις εταιρικές κατευθυντήριες γραμμές, τον κώδικα εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης, τις διαδικασίες και καλές πρακτικές Υγείας, Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος (EHS), καθώς και όλες τις πολιτικές και κανονισμούς της εταιρείας, και συμβάλλει ενεργά στη βελτίωσή τους.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Διασφαλίζει και προστατεύει την ακεραιότητα των δεδομένων σε κάθε του ενέργεια.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Αναλαμβάνει οποιοδήποτε άλλο έργο ή ευθύνη του ανατεθεί από την εταιρεία, εντός του ευρύτερου πλαισίου αρμοδιοτήτων της θέσης.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Πτυχίο σε Εφοδιαστική Αλυσίδα, Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Συστήματα Τεχνολογίας και Παραγωγής, Χημική Μηχανική ή Βιομηχανική Μηχανική·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Απαιτείται προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον δύο (2) ετών σε παρόμοια ή αντίστοιχη θέση εργασίας·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Εστίαση στον πελάτη·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ικανότητα ηγεσίας δυσλειτουργικών ομάδων (cross-functional teams) και επίλυση προβλημάτων·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Κατανόηση ολόκληρης της αλυσίδας αξίας, από τις πρώτες ύλες έως την παράδοση του προϊόντος στους πελάτες·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Διαχείριση έργων και αλλαγών·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Κάτοικος ευρύτερης περιοχής Χαλκίδας

Planning Officer

As a&nbsp;key member of the R&amp;D Pilot &amp; Sensory Team, you will support and contribute to the development of new products along with the optimization of the existing brands, with respect to the strict procedures and the high-quality standards.How you will contribute:You will participate in a portfolio of R&amp;D projects under several brands which include:<ul><li>Contribute to the development of new products and continuous improvement of current products by preparing and conducting pilot plant trials</li><li>Prepare raw materials for pilot trials and execute product formulations according to instructions.</li><li>Operate laboratory and pilot plant equipment safely and accurately</li><li>&nbsp;Accurately record and report test results.</li><li>Supporting scale-up industrial production trials when required.</li><li>Provide support to quality assurance, GMP and food safety procedures of the R&amp;D Pilot Plant</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the R&amp;D Pilot Plant</li><li>Monitor stock levels of raw materials and laboratory consumables</li><li>&nbsp;Always follow health &amp; safety procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with Production, Quality, Marketing and R&amp;D Team</li><li>Continuously develop technical knowledge and laboratory skills.</li></ul>What you will bring :A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and/ or MS in Food Science &amp; Technology</li><li>Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a food company, ideally in developing products and/or reformulating products&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in pilot plant and laboratory work within the food industry is an advantage-</li><li>Working knowledge of standard test analysis &amp; operation of scientific equipment and software</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is a must.</li><li>Accuracy and reliability of executing pilot trials</li><li>Compliance with quality and safety requirements.</li><li>Computer proficient, including use of standard MS Office applications</li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Team-oriented with effective communication skills.</li><li>Self-discipline, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;

The Shift Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in line with factory standards and specifications. The role focuses on managing resources, maintaining compliance with Health &amp; Safety and Quality requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
