What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Build, administer and maintain complex SAN storage environments across our cloud and dedicated customer infrastructures.</li><li>Work alongside other senior engineers to define architecture standards, operational guidelines, and best practices for storage platforms.</li><li>Act as the primary technical owner for one or more technologies, ensuring stability, lifecycle management and continuous improvement.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and operational manuals.</li><li>Take ownership of assigned projects, from planning to execution, or assist other teams in delivering cross-functional initiatives.</li><li>Participate in scheduled standby rotations and planned maintenance windows to ensure service continuity.</li><li>Operate in a third-line support capacity, handling advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.</li><li>Contribute to automation efforts — identifying opportunities, writing scripts, and improving operational efficiency.</li><li>Share expertise with colleagues, supporting knowledge exchange, mentoring, and technical follow-up activities.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul><li>5+ years of experience in SAN storage engineering or a similar infrastructure role.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise storage systems.</li><li>Deep knowledge in at least one of the following technologies: Dell PowerMax, NetApp, IBM FlashSystem, or HPE Alletra.</li><li>Strong experience with Brocade SAN technologies and core SAN concepts.</li><li>Solid understanding of Linux environments and storage-related operations.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting and automation — Bash, Ansible, or Python are required.</li><li>Experience with other SAN or NAS platforms is considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>A collaborative, adaptable and proactive approach to working in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning, accuracy, and professional growth.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., yearly trip to Belgium for workshops or training). </li></ul>Why Join Them?💸&nbsp;Competitive salary package.💻&nbsp;Career coaching and mentorship&nbsp;to support your professional growth.🌈&nbsp;Diverse and multicultural teams&nbsp;that promote inclusivity.🦄&nbsp;Outstanding working environment.🚀&nbsp;Continuous training and development opportunities.
