Quality Assurance Analyst, 12month contract

The Plant Manager&nbsp;is responsible for the overall performance of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant production operations. This role leads production planning, assembly, quality control, maintenance, machinery&nbsp;and warehouses, driving operational excellence while ensuring compliance with defense industry standards&nbsp; and company policies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily plant operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, and logistics</li><li>Ensure manufacturing output meets quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets</li><li>Implement and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency</li><li>Ensure compliance with defense industry regulations, export controls, and international standards (e.g. ISO, AQAP)</li><li>Lead, develop, and manage plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and performance</li><li>Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management teams to meet customer and contract requirements</li><li>Manage plant budgets, resources, and capacity planning</li><li>Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and operational excellence programs</li><li>Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 12&nbsp;years of experience in manufacturing operations, with proven experience in a Plant Manager&nbsp;role</li><li>Experience in defense, aerospace, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)</li><li>Proven leadership and people management skills</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities</li><li>Excellent command of English (written and spoken)</li><li>ERP system experience required</li></ul>

Also, will be responsible for the development of associated systems, designs, process technologies, and assist in projects formation.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Review and evaluate technical input produced by Third Parties (Technical Consultants, Technology Providers, Subcontractors), analyze and validate calculations, technical specifications, mass and energy balances/ conversions for:<ul><li>Solid Waste Management process (biodrying, anaerobic and aerobic digestion)</li><li>Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities</li><li>Biogas/ biomethane production and utilization</li></ul></li><li>Design Mechanical, Biological, Chemical Processes and models for Solid (Waste), Liquid (Waste, Waste Water) and Gas (Biogas, biomethane) streams i.e. Process flows, mass and energy balances, in accordance with the relevant legislation</li><li>Communicate with Third Parties (Technical Consultants, Technology Providers, Subcontractors) and with the in-house Engineering teams (Civils, Electrical, Engineering) for technical issues and relevant resolutions</li><li>Evaluates the technical part of the Contracts (Technology Providers, Technical Consultants)</li><li>Collaborate and support Construction &amp; Operation Project Management teams to develop technical chemical solutions</li><li>Provide insights in addressing and improving existing chemical processes and mitigate risks to ensure safe operation of the facilities</li><li>Stays abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the energy sector, incorporating relevant advancements into project designs and recommendations</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or other related field</li><li>Master’ s degree in Engineering (relevant fields solid waste, water management, biological treatment etc.) will be considered an asset</li><li>Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role in construction industry.
