Ο Όμιλος ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ αναζητά:Office Manager (Office &amp; Executive Assistant)Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Υποστηρίζει την καθημερινή εύρυθμη λειτουργία του γραφείου Διοίκησης των Εταιρειών του Τομέα, επιβλέπει τις γραμματείς των Διευθύνσεων και των Μονάδων, ενώ κατά περίπτωση συμμετέχει στη διαδικασία της τυπικής προετοιμασίας και υποβολής προσφορών διαγωνισμών για δημόσια έργα ή ΣΔΙΤ, διατηρώντας εν συνεχεία την ευθύνη επικοινωνίας της τυπικής παρακολούθησης των εκτελούμενων συμβάσεων σε συνεργασία με τις αρμόδιες Διευθύνσεις.</li><li>Οργανώνει και συντονίζει την καθημερινή λειτουργία του γραφείου διοίκησης του τομέα, υποστηρίζοντας γραμματειακά ως βοηθός / Office Manager τα Α.Δ.Σ.</li><li>Προΐσταται των γραμματειών των Διευθύνσεων, Τμημάτων και Εργοστασίων, συμμετέχοντας την ετήσια αξιόλογή τους</li><li>Διαχειρίζεται την εταιρική αλληλογραφία (document management), τις τηλεφωνικές επικοινωνίες και τα αρχεία</li><li>Έχει την ευθύνη για την λειτουργία του Travel Management</li><li>Προετοιμάζει ή ελέγχει τις παρουσιάσεις, τις αναφορές και τα έγγραφα προς δημόσιους και ιδιωτικούς φορείς</li><li>Συντονίζει την επικοινωνία με εταίρους, δημόσιους οργανισμούς, συμβούλους, αναδόχους, συνεργάτες και εργολάβους</li><li>Παρακολουθεί τις συμβάσεις, τις προθεσμίες και τις τυπικές διαδικασίες σχετικά με τις Συμβάσεις και τα Έργα ΣΔΙΤ</li><li>Υποστηρίζει τη σύνταξη πρακτικών ΔΣ ή συσκέψεων, αναφορών και εσωτερικών διαδικασιών</li><li>Προετοιμάζει, συντονίζει και παρακολουθεί ως προς την τυπική πληρότητα των τεχνικών και οικονομικών φακέλων διαγωνισμών και προσφορών σε συνεργασία με τις αρμόδιες Διευθύνσεις ή/και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες</li><li>Παρακολουθεί τις προθεσμίες, τις δημοσιεύσεις και τις σχετικές ανακοινώσεις διαγωνισμών σε συνεργασία με τη Διεύθυνση Διαγωνισμών</li><li>Μεριμνά για την ανάρτηση των προβλεπόμενων δεδομένων στο εταιρικό intranet</li><li>Διαχειρίζεται ατομικά τα έγγραφα εμπιστευτικότητας</li><li>Διαχειρίζεται τις προμήθειες υλικών γραφείου και ελέγχει/εγκρίνει τα σχετικά έξοδα</li><li>Συνεργάζεται με το τμήμα Facility management για την υποστήριξης της λειτουργίας και φυσικής ασφάλειας των εγκαταστάσεων των γραφείων</li><li>Προτείνει βελτιωτικές αλλαγές</li><li>Διασφαλίζει την δέουσα εικόνα του γραφείου εσωτερικά και προς τρίτους</li></ul>&nbsp;Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Μηχανικού, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών και συναφούς αντικειμένου σπουδές</li><li>Ανάλογη εμπειρία άνω των 10 ετών στην ίδια θέση και 20ετής γενική εμπειρία (προσόντα και εμπειρία ισχύουν είτε και τα δύο, είτε ένα εκ των δύο)</li><li>Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (Office / Executive Assistant ή Office Manager) κατά προτίμηση σε τεχνικό κλάδο.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)</li><li>Εξαιρετική γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li></ul>&nbsp;Δεξιότητες:<ul><li>Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών αρμοδιοτήτων</li><li>Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες</li><li>Υψηλού επιπέδου οργανωτικές ικανότητες και μεθοδικότητα</li><li>Αντίληψη νομοθεσίας και ρυθμιστικών πλαισίων</li><li>Εξοικείωση με τεχνικά θέματα</li><li>Τήρηση αυστηρών προθεσμιών</li><li>Διακριτικότητα, επαγγελματισμός και συνέπεια</li></ul>&nbsp;Παροχές Εταιρείας:<ul><li>Προοπτικές εξέλιξης και ανάπτυξης σε έναν ισχυρό Όμιλο εταιρειών</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε Πρόγραμμα Ομιλικής Ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης Υγείας &amp; Ζωής</li></ul>
