ELVALHALCOR - Copper &amp; Alloys Extrusion Division&nbsp;is searching for a dedicated and detail-orientedPROCESS &amp; MANUFACTURING ENGINEERwith a strong technical background and deep understanding of industrial processes, to optimize production and drive continuous improvement, in order to join our Industrial Engineering team in Oinofyta, Voiotia, Greece.&nbsp;Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities: • Define, document, and uphold process standards (Centerlines, SOPs, OPLs). • Identify and eliminate losses using structured problem-solving and rapid changeover techniques. • Lead data-driven process optimization projects to improve productivity, quality, and safety. • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives (traceability, Industry 4.0 tools, analytics). • Manage new product industrial trials and support seamless production integration. • Provide technical support for production challenges, claims, and continuous improvement. • Coach and train operators and engineers in process standards and best practices. • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to sustain equipment reliability. • Drive capital projects, including process or equipment upgrades.&nbsp;Requirements:• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar Engineering field. • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing engineering context. • Experience in metal/metallurgy or extrusion environments is an asset. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma will be considered a plus. • Proactive, collaborative, and capable of coaching and engaging teams. • Fluent in English—both written and spoken.&nbsp;The Company Offers:• A hands-on role in a modern, forward-focused manufacturing environment. • Opportunities for career growth and personal development. • Continuous training in advanced manufacturing methodologies. • Participation in impactful projects (automation, digitalization, product innovation). • A competitive salary and benefits package, including additional insurance.

ELVALHALCOR - Copper &amp; Alloys Extrusion Division&nbsp;is searching for aDESIGN ENGINEER (HEAT TRANSFER LAB),withastrongtechnicalbackground,creativemindset,and&nbsp;a passion for continuous improvement&nbsp;,tojoinourdynamic Technology and R&amp;DDepartmentinOinofyta,Voiotia,Greece.&nbsp;Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities:&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Familiarization with the new Thermal Performance Laboratory for Outer Finned Tubes. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Management and operation of the existing IGT Tube Thermal Performance Laboratory. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Conducts thermal performance measurements of tubes, including sample preparation, equipment setup and calibration, operation of control software, and standardized recording and storage of results. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Performs basic maintenance tasks on laboratory equipment, ensures its proper functioning, and contributes to equipment improvement activities. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Communicates with system manufacturers for troubleshooting and upgrades. Plans, coordinates, and oversees work carried out by third-party technicians (HALCOR maintenance teams or external contractors). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures scientific accuracy and reliability of measurements through thorough evaluation of results and prepares technical reports for clients. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Creates and maintains comparative performance charts for each product and refrigerant used.&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (University or Polytechnic), Physical Sciences, or Technological Applications. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to operate complex laboratory equipment. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong manual assembly skills and mechanical aptitude. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Specialization in refrigeration cycles and heat transfer phenomena. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in the HVACR sector and/or heat transfer is desirable. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Industrial experience is considered a plus. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Very good computer skills, especially in MS Office applications.
