Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.&nbsp; Ensure that requirements are clearly understood by development and functional teams.</li><li>Product Backlog Ownership: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks. Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives. Work closely with your manager and key stakeholders to ensure that the roadmap reflects evolving business priorities.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SAP specialists, developers, business analysts, and other IT teams to support the successful delivery of product features. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems within the Core Retail and F&amp;R landscape. Support the implementation of enhancements that improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and inventory optimization. Stay informed about retail industry trends, SAP capabilities, and best practices to support continuous innovation.</li><li>Lead training sessions for end users and other IT stakeholders</li><li>Analyze preferences and requests of end users.</li><li>Follow applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of the SAP ECC6 platform</li></ul>Who we are looking for<ul><li>3+ years of relevant IT experience, experience in the retail industry would be considered a plus.</li><li>Solid understanding of SAP Retail business processes, particularly in core retail and supply chain areas.</li><li>Experience working in complex IT landscapes and large organizations.</li><li>Very good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with core Retail and Forecast &amp; Replenishment.
