As our EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the proper execution of utility scale PV and/or Hybrid projects on time, within budget and scope. Project management activities include schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, contracts, engineering, integration, compliance, stakeholder management throughout the execution of the projects.&nbsp;This role also includes the projects’ preliminary phase, where you will coordinate all preparation activities prior to EPC contract signing and you will support throughout negotiations with clients.&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;<ul><li>Accountable for the successful execution of the EPC projects, from design phase through completion, energisation and handover.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered on-time. Create detailed project plans. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within budget. Keep overview of budgetary objectives, identify discrepancies, and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within scope. Monitor compliance with specifications and requirements included in project contracts and other related project documents.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs. Perform risk management to minimize/mitigate project risks. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.</li><li>Create and maintain project documentation. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.</li><li>Ensure resource availability/allocation and technical feasibility. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of the project.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with project stakeholders (Project Development and Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Consultants, Clients, and Authorities) on regular basis to ensure compliant project execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to the Head of EPC and other company executives and to the clients. &nbsp;</li><li>Implement &amp; comply with JUWI processes and standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure full compliance with the QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, codes, and requirements applicable to the project.</li></ul>Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications:<ul><li>University Degree in Engineering.</li><li>2 - 8 years working experience in EPC project management with overall responsibility (project cost, schedule, risk, quality and technical management and control), preferably in utility-scale Solar PV or other renewable energy field. &nbsp;</li><li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.</li><li>Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate across levels both internally and externally.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience of contract management and knowledge of standard contract forms (NEC, FIDIC, etc).&nbsp;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Project &amp; MS Office.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability of working autonomously, decision making and problem solving. &nbsp;</li><li>Team player with evident leadership qualities.</li><li>Ability to work in matrix organizations and to operate in a culturally diverse international environment.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (verbal &amp; writing).</li><li>Willing to travel frequently, locally, and internationally, according to project’s needs.&nbsp;</li></ul>You have more to offer? EPC Project Manager (m/f/d)

O&M Engineer (m/f/d)

As our Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for complete engineering and design of solar power plants located in Greece and EMEA region. Accordingly, you will liaise with Internal &amp; External Stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
