As our EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the proper execution of utility scale PV and/or Hybrid projects on time, within budget and scope. Project management activities include schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, contracts, engineering, integration, compliance, stakeholder management throughout the execution of the projects.&nbsp;This role also includes the projects’ preliminary phase, where you will coordinate all preparation activities prior to EPC contract signing and you will support throughout negotiations with clients.&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;<ul><li>Accountable for the successful execution of the EPC projects, from design phase through completion, energisation and handover.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered on-time. Create detailed project plans. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within budget. Keep overview of budgetary objectives, identify discrepancies, and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within scope. Monitor compliance with specifications and requirements included in project contracts and other related project documents.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs. Perform risk management to minimize/mitigate project risks. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.</li><li>Create and maintain project documentation. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.</li><li>Ensure resource availability/allocation and technical feasibility. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of the project.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with project stakeholders (Project Development and Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Consultants, Clients, and Authorities) on regular basis to ensure compliant project execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to the Head of EPC and other company executives and to the clients. &nbsp;</li><li>Implement &amp; comply with JUWI processes and standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure full compliance with the QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, codes, and requirements applicable to the project.</li></ul>Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications:<ul><li>University Degree in Engineering.</li><li>2 - 8 years working experience in EPC project management with overall responsibility (project cost, schedule, risk, quality and technical management and control), preferably in utility-scale Solar PV or other renewable energy field. &nbsp;</li><li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.</li><li>Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate across levels both internally and externally.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience of contract management and knowledge of standard contract forms (NEC, FIDIC, etc).&nbsp;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Project &amp; MS Office.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability of working autonomously, decision making and problem solving. &nbsp;</li><li>Team player with evident leadership qualities.</li><li>Ability to work in matrix organizations and to operate in a culturally diverse international environment.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (verbal &amp; writing).</li><li>Willing to travel frequently, locally, and internationally, according to project’s needs.&nbsp;</li></ul>You have more to offer? We look forward to getting to know you. &nbsp; &nbsp; full time - unlimitedYour contribution to the energy transitionAs our Ο&amp;Μ Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) activities for the Commercial Scale PV Plants portfolio of JUWI Hellas. You will report to the Team Leader O&amp;M Commercial Scale Plants, and the place of work will be Athens (with some travelling / staying around Greece).&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;&nbsp;<ul><li>Plan, schedule, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works, as well as landscaping and panel cleaning tasks, in line with the contractual requirements, company policies and procedures, legal framework and best industry practice</li><li>Provide engineering insight to the O&amp;M department, and technical guidance to the subcontractors</li><li>Perform Root Cause Analysis</li><li>Generate technical procedures and method statements</li><li>Attend on site specialized maintenance activities (scheduled or unscheduled) as well as perform regular inspections in the PV Plants</li><li>Manage O&amp;M subcontractors and suppliers</li><li>Manage special O&amp;M projects (improvement works, repowering, etc.).</li><li>Prepare monthly and annual O&amp;M reports towards the clients, as well as ad hoc reports when needed</li><li>Contribute to O&amp;M back-office tasks (updating the database, invoicing, etc.)</li><li>Contribute to the (remote / from home) stand-by, during weekend and public holidays, of the O&amp;M team (based on a roster)</li><li>It is expected that the O&amp;M Engineer will spend about 80% of his/her working time in the Juwi office (Athens), 20% on site - PV Plants</li></ul>Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications:<ul><li>Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree (AEI or TEI)</li><li>Holder (or being eligible for immediate issuing) of Certified Installer / Maintainer License for all categories and sizes of electrical installations (published by the Prefecture Office)</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in the engineering, construction and/or maintenance of PV plants or other RE powerplants</li><li>Working experience with MV/LV substations, including transformers, switchgear, relays, etc.</li><li>Working experience with communication networks</li><li>Working experience with central inverters will be considered a plus</li><li>Working experience with SCADA will be considered a plus</li><li>Good knowledge of PV Systems basic design (sizing of PV strings and inverters, cable calculations, etc) will be considered a plus</li><li>Good knowledge of HSE procedures and regulations</li><li>Very good IT skills, emphasizing on MS Excel</li><li>Good working knowledge on AUTOCAD</li><li>Ability to work under limited supervision</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Good administrative and reporting skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Good knowledge of English language (both spoken and written)</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>Willing to travel and stay outside of Athens (within Greece) for about 20% of your working time</li></ul>You have more to offer?
