Accountant

Trade Marketing Coordinator (12-month contract)

QUALITY SYSTEMS PROGRAM • Implement quality systems new specifications and procedures and ensure compliance. Ensure that all SOS documentation, standards, process control procedures and analytical methods are available, and systems are followed. Function as a ‘’go-to’’ person for any raised issues. Decide on packaging issues that arise during production regarding packet quality attributes and packet weight control.&nbsp;• Generate a period report which contains all Quality KPI’s. Evaluate performance against last year and AOP, communicate to relevant departments and set up action plan to achieve continuous improvement.&nbsp;• Attend Quality Wall meetings both in Packaging and Process, monitor product quality and drive the agenda towards Gold Standard/PepsiCo Standards.• Set, organise, implement and monitor the site internal quality and environmental systems audit programme. External auditor for PC quality systems withing Pepsico.• Assess training needs, plan and execute annual training program for Quality Systems.• Analyse data from Frito Lay Challenge and In-Market Weak Link and report results.&nbsp;• Update logs for Hold/Release issues, set up preventative actions, recommendations and ensure implementation. Communicate via PepsiCo RM database all incidents.• Responsible for monitoring traceability procedures to all functions (Raw Materials, WIP and Finished Products). • Implementation of procedures and systems of personal safety and laboratory, proper use of chemical reagents and waste management in accordance with the environmental standard, participation in training programs.• Performs calibration and verification for all Lab and Plant equipment( scales, analytical instruments for moisture and fat , thermobalances, colormeter, analytical instrument for oxidation value analysis, automatic titrators, thermometers, thermocouples, ovens, glassware, oximeters, thickness gauges, conductivity etc).• Quality control of intermediate and finished products.
