Based in Athens, Greece and reporting directly to the PMO, you will support the delivery of web-based initiatives by coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution across all project phases.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Supporting the end-to-end delivery of digital projects (e.g., website implementations, redesigns, and maintenance), from requirements gathering to final handover</li><li>Assisting in the creation and tracking of project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations</li><li>Collaborating with development, design, UX, social media, and marketing teams to facilitate project execution</li><li>Maintaining essential project documentation, including timelines, governance structures, and implementation guidelines</li><li>Participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and helping teams stay organized and focused</li><li>Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to share progress updates and support alignment on priorities</li><li>Monitoring budgets and assisting with invoicing and financial tracking</li><li>Coordinating resource allocation and task prioritization using project management tools</li><li>Identifying potential risks and supporting the resolution of project-related issues</li><li>Building trust with clients by supporting relationship management and helping resolve project challenges</li><li>Assisting in the change request process, including documentation updates, resource adjustments, and client communications</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field</li><li>Certification in Agile Project Management (e.g., PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile, PSM II) is highly desirable</li><li>2 years of professional experience in software project coordination role</li><li>Exposure to web projects (e.g., website redesigns, CMS migrations, SEO optimization, responsive design)</li><li>Strong understanding of the full cycle of a web project, from discovery and design to development, testing, launch, and maintenance</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and hybrid Waterfall-Agile environments</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, creative and digital teams, and external stakeholders</li><li>Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Teamwork, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore) is highly desirable</li><li>Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly organized and delivery-focused</li><li>Problem-solver with a proactive mindset</li><li>Ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders</li><li>Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments</li><li>Committed to continuous improvement and team enablement</li></ul>
