As part of the Help Desk Team the IT Support Specialist will work in a complex and demanding environment with over 1000+ users and more than 80 remote locations where systems and network stability is our everyday target.&nbsp;Job duties:&nbsp;<ul><li>Users Support in Headquarters and our remote locations by resolving requests from our ticketing system</li><li>Properly escalating unresolved inquiries to the next level of onsite support or creating tickets to integrators</li><li>Troubleshooting hardware and software issues of corporate PCs and laptops.</li></ul>&nbsp;The successful candidate should have:<ul><li>BSc degree in Information Technology or related field</li><li>At least 2years of proven experience in a similar role</li><li>Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and services (DNS – DHCP)</li><li>Experience in Antivirus and Antispam Software</li><li>Experience on O365</li><li>Having experience on IP Telephony</li><li>Understanding basic principles of networking</li><li>Being able to understand DSL and telephony issues in order to communicate them to vendors</li><li>Very good communication skills and team player.</li></ul>&nbsp;The Company offers:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package &amp; extra benefits</li><li>Dynamic, prestigious and highly distinguished working environment (Best workplace award in Greece for 10 years)</li><li>Supportive management</li><li>Among top industries in international market trends</li><li>Multiple learning &amp; career opportunities.</li></ul>ΑΙΤΗΣΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ
