We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and working time records for all employees.The role plays a key part in monitoring daily attendance, managing the ERGANI digital time tracking system, and ensuring full compliance with labor legislation.Key Responsibilities• Monitor and validate employees’ daily attendance and time records through the ERGANI digital platform• Ensure accuracy in the recording of working hours, absences, leaves, and overtime• Execute monthly payroll processing in line with company policies and labor law requirements• Maintain and update payroll and timekeeping data, including salary changes, benefits, and deductions• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy• Prepare monthly payroll reports and statutory filings (taxes, social security, etc.)• Handle employee queries regarding working hours, salaries, and deductions• Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance processes related to payroll• Stay up to date with changes in payroll and labor legislationRequirements• At least 1-2&nbsp;years of experience in Payroll or HR Administration roles• Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor law, and timekeeping regulations• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, EpsilonNet, ADP, or similar)• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines• Bachelor’s degree in accounting,Finance, HR, or related field
