As a Cloud Operation Engineer, you will be part of the Cloud team, that is in charge for the operations of cloud environment used to virtualize network functions in Vodafone network.Main responsibilities and activities are:•&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing and supporting a mixed environment of Vmware ESX, Tanzu&nbsp;and Openshift Cloud Platforms.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Installing, configuring, implementing the Cloud infrastructure•&nbsp;&nbsp;Performing&nbsp;troubleshooting, incident management and error handling for cloud platforms.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Executing change management, fault management, service request processes.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Evaluating&nbsp;new versions, firmware and patches. Cloud Operations Engineer

You will carry out the 2nd level technical support, operational activities, preventive and corrective maintenance for the optimal and smooth operation of the Mobile Data Core network. These activities include network administration and maintenance, proactive control (apply fault-finding techniques and preventive maintenance instructions, health checks, backups, KPI evaluation), technical support, corrective maintenance, customer ticket handling, communication with vendors (prepare trouble reports to the suppliers, produce service quality data for the service offered by the equipment suppliers), perform configuration management activities and subsequent testing activities to verify network and services proper operation, technical escalations, emergency handling, incident and problem management (root cause analysis and documentation of complex incidents), change management (planning, assessment, implementation of change requests). Execute software updates/upgrades and hardware maintenance and upgrade activities, performance management of Mobile Data Core network systems covering all current and future technologies. Define and embed consistent operational processes to support on-going support activities, driving improvements where issues are identified. Assist in new technologies and products evaluation, introduction, testing implementation and verification of new Data Core network systems and functionalities.The role exists to guarantee the stability, uninterrupted effective operation and optimum performance of the Mobile Data Core network systems, applications, and services, maintain and improve the high level of service offered to customers, at a minimum cost, and contribute to company profitability and growth, using innovative thinking and working without guidance.As a Data Core Engineer, you&nbsp;will participate in a standby scheme providing network and services support 24x7 and work out of working hours to perform several activities from the ones described above.Who you are•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Physics or Computer Science•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good knowledge of English language (fluent oral and written)•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Three (3) years of experience in telecommunications or Computer Systems or relevant role (desired)•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good knowledge of PC - Windows / software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) - is essential&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good knowledge in Data Core systems (MME, SGW/PGW, MSP, PCRF, SecureNet, VoLTE/VoWiFi (AAA, WMG, SAPC), DNS protocols/service etc), also in VNF logic in NFV infrastructure. Data Core Engineer

As a Technical Account Manager you will perform Presales Analysis and present Solutions for Vodafone’s Network, Security, &amp; Fixed Telephony services and solutions to private sector SME &amp; SoHo customers. Holding this position you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in new technologies/services (ex. ICT Technical Account Manager

Network Security Engineer

The Enterprise Engineering &amp; Solution (EES) department within Network Engineering is responsible for designing and developing enterprise solutions integrated into the Vodafone Network. Within this department, the Enterprise Connectivity Service Engineering team design and deliver the connectivity services such as MPLS Layer 3 VPN (Company Net), Internet Access, WiFi. More specifically, as an Enterprise Fixed Services Engineer you will:•&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage the full lifecycle of projects: feasibility study, development, testing, acceptance, and implementation of network platforms, in all technology areas needed to deliver services to Business Customers&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;Interface local market (Sales, VBTS, Product) and performs feasibility assessment of network impact for new service requests•&nbsp;&nbsp;Apply Feasibility Assessment &amp; Delivery Management processes&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;Define the project plan in agreement with all parties involved including the external stakeholders.
