We are seeking a vibrant and quick-thinking "IP Network &amp; Security Operations Engineer" to join our successful&nbsp;IP &amp; Security Network Operations team within the IP Network Department.You have a challenging mission for:Performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure seamless operation within your areas of responsibility.What will you do:<ul><li>Focus on Datacenter IP and Security domains supporting IP services, IT systems, and the Corporate LAN.</li><li>Implement changes and upgrades to network elements with a strong focus on minimizing customer service risks.</li><li>Participate in audits, Proof of Concept (PoC) trials, and testing procedures.</li><li>Provide technical expertise to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve faults efficiently.</li><li>Analyze and escalate customer complaints where necessary.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for operational and maintenance processes.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors to resolve trouble reports within agreed SLAs.</li><li>Participate in a rotational standby scheme, providing 24x7 second-level support for relevant systems and platforms.</li></ul>It would be great if you have:<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with carrier-grade Cisco/Juniper platforms.</li><li>Expertise in Cisco/Fortinet security platforms.</li><li>A deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, MPLS, and BGP protocols.</li><li>A Professional-level certification in Routing, Security, or Datacenter domains, such as CCNP or JNCIP.</li><li>A flexible, enthusiastic attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience with F5 load balancers.</li><li>Proficiency in Linux, scripting languages, Python, and Ansible.</li><li>Experience with Checkpoint firewalls is a plus.</li></ul>What will you get:<ul><li>Annual Bonus to celebrate your achievements.</li><li>Standby Scheme Allowance for your commitment.</li><li>Wellness programs to keep you at your best.</li><li>Mobile voice and data packages to stay connected.</li><li>Discounts on Nova Fixed / Mobile / TV services for you, your friends, and family.</li><li>Flexible work-from-home options to maintain a healthy work-life balance.</li><li>Private health insurance for peace of mind.</li><li>Daycare allowance to support your family needs.</li></ul>
