As a Cloud Operation Engineer, you will be part of the Cloud team, that is in charge for the operations of cloud environment used to virtualize network functions in Vodafone network.Main responsibilities and activities are:•&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing and supporting a mixed environment of Vmware ESX, Tanzu&nbsp;and Openshift Cloud Platforms.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Installing, configuring, implementing the Cloud infrastructure•&nbsp;&nbsp;Performing&nbsp;troubleshooting, incident management and error handling for cloud platforms.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Executing change management, fault management, service request processes.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Evaluating&nbsp;new versions, firmware and patches. Implementing major upgrades and security patches regularly.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Discussing platform evolution with vendors and design teams•&nbsp;&nbsp;Implementing security policies and fixing vulnerabilities on platforms according to the best practices and company procedures.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;Periodic monitoring of platforms, performance tuning, capacity planning and trend analysis.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing assistance in new projects during all stages, including: assessment, planning, designing, initiation, implementation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining operational readiness, ensuring complete recovery in the event of a disaster. Attend DR tests regularly, update the policies and procedures as required.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Incident, change and problem management for Cloud platforms•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Life cycle management of cloud infrastructure•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Technology vendors managementWho you are•&nbsp;&nbsp;University degree from telecommunications engineering, information technology or equivalent STEM degree with ICT experience•&nbsp;&nbsp;At least 3 years experience working in a large, enterprise environment working with problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis processes•&nbsp;&nbsp;Good knowledge of Cloud, CAAS/PAAS/IAAS technologies.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent working experience on VMware and Redhat Linux.•&nbsp;&nbsp;Good knowledge of Storage, SAN, Network&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;Good knowledge of vROPS, PowerCLI, DevOps tools.•&nbsp;&nbsp;System/cloud administration experience with Vmware ESX, Openshift Cloud Platform•&nbsp;&nbsp;Good knowledge of automation solutions (Ansible, Git, Python)•&nbsp;&nbsp;Preferred (not mandatory) technical certifications (VCTA, VCP, VCAP)Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? Cloud Operations Engineer

As a Technical Account Manager you will perform Presales Analysis and present Solutions for Vodafone’s Network, Security, &amp; Fixed Telephony services and solutions to private sector SME &amp; SoHo customers. Holding this position you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in new technologies/services (ex. SDWAN, Security etc) and work closely with a wide network of key accounts.&nbsp;Your key accountabilities and decision ownership:&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform daily customer visits, enquire with customer IT personnel &amp; analyse customer needs.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Investigate Customer needs and propose the technical solution that meets customer requirements.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and present the sales offers, lead the technical and commercial discussion and follow up any open points with customers, in order to get the sales orders executed.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Propose the appropriate, Networking and Security solution, that best address customer needs.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achieve commercial targets through cooperation and support of Vodafone’s business account managers.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achieve Revenue Growth of supported clientele&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Co-operate with Design Experts to address customer needs sufficiently.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Liaise thoroughly with internal and external business Partners, combining technical advice to design and fulfil the best possible ROI for the customer’s estate.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Become the long term contact of choice for the customer’s Digital Transformation journey and solutions lifecycle.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Inspire and ignite attention to Vodafone’s offer of Fixed Connectivity services &amp; solutions.&nbsp;Who you are•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;University degree in Telecoms/IT or related•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent command in writing and speaking of both Greek and English language•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to compose solutions for WAN/LAN networking (SDWAN), Security and telephony&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in technical writing for the above•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong results orientation and attention to detail.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Flexibility to work under pressure &amp; tight timelines.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Self-drive and commitment to create awareness, consideration and adoption of innovative services and solutions.&nbsp;Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? Network & Security Solutions Consultant

As an ICT Technical Account Manager you will perform Presales Analysis and present Solutions for Vodafone’s ICT services to Private Corporate customers (Cloud, Integration &amp; Infrastructure solutions as well as Software as a Service products). You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in new technologies/services (e.g.. IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Integration services etc) and work closely with a wide network of key accounts.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform daily visits (physical or digital) to investigate &amp; analyse Corporate Customer needs so as to propose the technical solution that meets customer requirements.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead the technical and commercial discussion both with customers and internal organization.
