Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Market Insights Specialist to join our dynamic and fast paced environment.   Job Purpose: The Market Insights Specialist will develop commercial intelligence plans, in line with the OpCo strategy. She/He will coordinate, assess and select the proper sources and/or data that is available in the market. The CMI Specialist’s purpose is to be able to give clear guidance to Commercial Intelligence objectives, priorities and activities of the Spirits Industry.   She/He will be responsible for designing, implementing and further developing supporting systems, methods and techniques for the benefit of carrying out analysis.   Also, she/he will be accountable for synthesizing and transforming collected quantitative and qualitative market data into insights, in line with Business needs, to enable fact-based commercial decision-making.   She/he will act as an advisor and challenge or convince the Business partners on commercial intelligence related topics and issues (i.e., on market, channel, segment dynamics), based on expertise, to enable Management to make informed decisions and proceed to corrective action, when necessary.   Key Accountabilities: Develop, deliver and evolve existing performance reports / dashboards and provide ongoing insights to business stakeholders. Monitor market and own portfolio in terms of growth & market share, assessing opportunities and risks on a market / channel / region / pack / brand level. Synthesize, combine & communicate the important points in relation to the business issue and look outside existing data/ research to understand the target topic (i.e. Input from other sources/other categories). Add own level of interpretation to the facts to explain /hypothesize on the way behind them & draw conclusions which answer the Business objective. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree preferably a in a business-, computing-, economics-, or numeracy-related subject. A Master’s degree will be considered an additional asset. 5+ years of working experience in similar roles as Market Insights Specialist. Experience in Spirits Industry will be considered as asset. Solid knowledge of statistical tools/methods and experience in data analytics. Ability to process large amount of data to extract insights – i.e. Correlating factors, Statistical Differences, extrapolation, estimations. Excellent user of Nielsen or similar– i.e. ranges selection, data extraction, data processing (SAP, CRM, SEM). Excellent command of the English language (both written & oral). Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI to visualize data. Strong Communication & Presentation and interpersonal Skills.
