The Trade Marketing Assistant – ON Trade position reports to the Trade Marketing Manager and its main purpose is to support the development of the annual ON-Trade business plan, ensure preparation and implementation of ON Trade promotional &amp; activity plan, as well as continuous &amp; accurate flow of information/reporting within the departmentWhat will be doingThe Trade Marketing Assistant – ON Trade position reports to the Trade Marketing Manager and its main purpose is to support the implementation of the annual ON Trade promotional &amp; activity plan, as well as continuous &amp; accurate flow of information/reporting within the department.<ul><li>Ensure&nbsp;compliance with merchandising standards and&nbsp;execution guidelines by channel / customer and brand&nbsp;</li><li>Support&nbsp; the implementation of&nbsp;customers' individual activation programs (tailor made activation),&nbsp;in close cooperation with Brand Marketing and Sales, and&nbsp;visit Key Customers to ensure alignment when it is necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in the development of attractive, functional pop material &amp; tools, and ensure&nbsp;the optimum channel / customers' allocation, along with optimized budget spent and efficient stock management</li><li>Facilitate&nbsp;the communication between Brand Marketing and Sales teams, and proactively enforce&nbsp;the implementation of the relevant activities</li><li>Monitoring of the trade channel activity calendar&nbsp;</li><li>Support&nbsp;the team with the standard reporting&nbsp;for ON Trade channel, ensuring continuous flow of updated and accurate information within the department</li><li>Follow-up and evaluate&nbsp;the&nbsp;in - store activities</li><li>Secure the everyday flow of PO issuing procedure along with the required actions based on internal accounting policy</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>Approximately 2 - 3&nbsp;years of experience in Trade Marketing / Marketing / Sales Analysis field</li><li>University degree in Business Administration or relevant field</li><li>MBA or MSc in relevant field is considered to be an asset</li><li>Excellent command of English, both written &amp; oral</li><li>Strong user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>Team spirit, self-driven and results-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Project management, organizational abilities, and decision-making skills</li><li>Analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and quick learning</li></ul>What you can expect from usWe foster an open communication and feedback culture in order to deal with our daily challenges. Trade Marketing Assistant - ON Trade

Drive and execute brand communication, newsroom, and publishing strategies for Originals &amp; Lifestyle categories in alignment with South East Europe priorities. This role ensures adidas builds brand hype, strengthens marketplace presence, and drives market share and net sales. This position is a maternity cover for a 12-month period, subject to extension.&nbsp;What you will do<ul><li>Implement and execute Zone Brand activation, Newsroom &amp; Publishing strategy across all focused categories aligned with Go-To-Market plan and country specifics and priorities.</li><li>Apply global/Europe reporting tools and monitor performance on a monthly basis connecting brand with commercial KPIs for the categories &amp; the country.</li><li>Develop strong media contacts in the country.</li><li>Create a plan to ensure the brand is “always on”through a good mix of local and global content published on all relevant platforms. Direct the right stories to the right people at the right time.</li><li>Drive &amp; Build a strong partner portfolio linked to our campaigns and brand priorities.</li><li>Lead partner publishing for Originals &amp; Lifestylecategories in our touchpoints with relevant and impactful local content.</li><li>Ensure all consumer touch points (comms, channel marketing, sport marketing, influencers marketing) are in alignment with country priorities and specifics.</li><li>Lead the Originals &amp; Lifestylecategory communication plans &amp; brief agencies to guarantee executional excellence aligned with Zone activation plan initiatives and objectives.</li><li>Develop if needed country specific/lead initiatives based on Global guidelines, EU agreement and on Zone Brand Leadership team sign off.</li><li>Control the category investments in accordance with the country activation plan &amp; manage budget targets &amp; Return On Inverstment respecting the Zone priorities and plan.</li><li>Analyze the performance of key campaigns and feedback input to Zone Brand Communication Director.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring all brand marketing tactics live up to brand standards, meet KPI’s and are on-budget/on-time.</li><li>Partner closely with OmniChannel activation Senior Manager and local teams to ensure that all activations are in sync with marketplace touchpoints to enable commercial extension in point of sale across Wholesale and DTC.</li><li>Partner closely with Sports Marketing country Manager to utilize the total portfolio by integrating athletes and clubs in category holistic campaigns.</li><li>Ensure plan and execution of channel activation sell-in tools during GTM circle.</li><li>Drive Corporate PR and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on related to Originals &amp; Lifestyle categories Country level.</li><li>Responsible ofOriginals &amp; Lifestyle category brand marketing MWB execution and ROI analysis process on Country level.</li><li>Provide leadership as well as engage and develop team members in a high-performance environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills you will need<ul><li>University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>4 or more years of experience in marketing and communications.</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Deep understanding of sports, fashion, and entertainment industries.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of marketing and media KPIs, MWB management, and budget control.</li><li>Ability to manage external partners, agencies, and strong media/partner connections (preferred).</li><li>Fluent in English; fluency in local language preferred.</li><li>Availability to travel up to 30%.</li></ul>&nbsp;Life at adidas<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Annual bonus&nbsp;</li><li>Private life &amp; health insurance</li><li>Hybrid working model</li><li>Monthly meal allowance</li><li>Fuel allowance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Employee discount on adidas products</li></ul>
