We are looking for a motivated professional to support legal case management under Law 3869/2010. The role involves coordinating with law firms, managing legal files and procedures, and handling administrative and data-related tasks to support financial and legal compliance efforts for EU-related projects. Fixed-term contract (3 months), with potential for renewal&nbsp;based on performance and business needs. The key responsibilities of this role will include:<ul><li>Coordination and administrative support to law firms, including providing instructions and following up to ensure the timely completion of legal actions under Law 3869/2010.</li><li>Monitoring and handling requests under Law 3869/2010, reviewing relevant court decisions, and overseeing associated legal and banking procedures, demonstrating solid knowledge of the law’s processes and practical application.</li><li>Systematic case management for initiating /continuing Legal Actions</li><li>Receipt, reassignment, and processing of files</li><li>Processing and analysis of Excel data files</li><li>Adherence to the Company’s Code of Ethics and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.</li></ul> <ul><li></li></ul><ul><li></li></ul>To be successful at this role you need the following&nbsp;(hard and soft skills):<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Political Sciences&nbsp;or equivalent. </li><li>Up to 2 years of experience in administrative positions in financial services </li><li>Experience in the administration support of L. 3869/2010 </li><li>Efficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek </li><li>Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work </li><li>Ability to work under stressful conditions </li><li>Problem-solving ability </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
