NPE Recovery Specialist

As a Financial Institutions Trader will join the Financial Institutions Functional Area of the Trading Business Area and will you be responsible for managing and developing the relationships with other banks within the regional area under his/her competence and for following the economic developments of the respective countries. You will be accountable for achieving the annual budget goals within area of responsibility by comparing and negotiating the terms of business with other banks in the fields of correspondent banking, payments and trade-related transactions. NPE Portfolio Analysis Specialist

As a&nbsp;Customer Service Officer&nbsp;you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our Bank's Wholesale Banking Customers, ensuring seamless and efficient operations at our new Corporate Service Centers in the Attica region.&nbsp;What you will be doing:<ul><li>Take the lead in delivering exceptional service to Wholesale Banking Customers during daily transactions, ensuring an outstanding Customer Experience.</li><li>Participate in the execution of daily transactions and Branch Activities to our Wholesale Banking Customers</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and the applicable regulatory framework.</li><li>Create reports on the overall Customer satisfaction and submit them to the Corporate Service Center management.</li><li>Support document management and filing needs.</li><li>Deal with various administration and control tasks.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to have:<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field</li><li>A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Customer Service role especially for Businesses or Wholesale Banking Segments (Transactions and Branch Activities)</li><li>Certificate of Professional Knowledge of Insurance-based Investment Products (Bancassurance BA)</li><li>Results and Quality Orientation</li><li>Customer Service orientation</li><li>Business Savviness</li></ul>What we offer:&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
