We are looking for a Construction Project Associate to assist in the planning and supervision of construction projects (mainly hotel projects) from start to finish. The candidate will participate in a team that organizes and oversees construction procedures and ensures they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Associate must be familiar with major construction methodologies and procedures and able to cooperate with several professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget set.Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of each projectMonitor, register and report all project aspects including budgeting, agreements with contractors, invoices, paymentsNegotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreementsObtain permits and licenses from appropriate authoritiesAssist in the planning of all construction operations to ensure deadlines will be metAssist in the supervision of the work of labourers, mechanics etc. and provide guidance when neededEnsure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issuesExperience as construction project manager is necessaryProject management principlesFamiliarity with quality and health and safety standardsGood knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with construction/ project management softwareOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsA team player with leadership abilitiesMeng/MSc/BSc/BA in civil engineeringPMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

You’ll be solving electrical&nbsp;problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world.Your ‘day to day’<ul><li>Maintain the electrical equipment conditions/standards and perform activities to the assigned equipment to ensure the continuous and reliable operation, to maximize production and product quality according to PMI safety standards</li><li>Perform interventions on all electrical &amp; automation equipment of the production asset park including also peripheral equipment</li><li>Ensure that the process and products meet the quality and productivity standards and takes proper corrective actions if needed</li><li>Resolve breakdowns and perform proper equipment settings and adjustments or technical modifications. Identify the source of each technical problem and take proper actions to solve it and eliminate possibility of re-occurrence</li><li>Close cooperation with Mechanical Technicians in performing maintenance activities to keep the equipment in basic condition</li><li>Analyze performance and quality indicators, and support production to achieve KPI objectives, provide solutions in difficult technical issues</li><li>Create competitive advantages on existing company physical assets by providing innovative technical solutions for strategic company decisions and cost-reduction projects</li><li>Manage spare parts availability and proper use on equipment. Monitor all technical changes on equipment and update technical manuals of equipment. Keep track of software modification and documentation</li><li>Support on back office activities such as creation of work instructions and standards for electrical tasks</li></ul>Important note: Our Factory in Aspropyrgos operates 24x7, the role includes Rotating Shifts, and the working schedule is 4 working days followed by 2 days off.&nbsp;Who we’re looking for<ul><li>Technological Educational Institute degree in Electrical engineering coupled with the&nbsp;ΠΔ: 108/2013&nbsp;technical license.</li><li>3-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment as an electrical technician is a must.</li><li>Proven experience on industrial automation (PLC Step 7, SCADA, electrical cabinets, servo-motion)</li><li>Electrical CAD (e-plan) and ERP knowledge are considered an asset</li><li>Experience in Continuous improvement programs (TPM/LEAN) are considered an asset</li><li>MS Office&nbsp;literacy</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal &amp; written) is a must.</li><li>Completed Military obligations (if applicable)</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offerOur success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
