HR Manager

Implements and monitors all recruiting activities and processes for the assigned vessels according to the provided manning plan, in order to timely and accurately meet the requirements of vessels. Liaises with the crew, in order to identify potential training needs and support their well-being on-board.&nbsp;Ensure environmental compliance policies are upheld. Key Accountabilities: 1.&nbsp;Execution of the manning plan<ul><li>&nbsp;Reviews the contractual agreements and the vessels’ manning plan, performing and monitoring all selection steps, i.e. identification, evaluation and selection of crew, for the effective recruitment of the most suitable and qualified candidates, according to ship flag legislation, technical requirements and available budget.</li><li>Reviews and approves the employment contracts of all assigned vessels’ seafarers issued by the CSCs, to ensure they are according to company’s procedures and agreed terms and local/flag legislation.</li><li>Proposes and implements the relief/rotation planning and EoC procedures of the ships’ personnel, focusing on the provision of alternatives for the continuous and effective operation of the vessels.</li><li>Timely identifies future and current vacancies in vessels’ personnel and informs accordingly his/her supervisor, the CSCs, in order to support the accurate and fast coverage of needs. Supports the FP Manager to develop the annual manning plan and budget.</li><li>Prepares and implements Crew planning (timeliness reliefs, accuracy of documentation, budget compliance, response to customer requests).</li></ul>2.&nbsp;Vessel Personnel Management<ul><li>Coordinates with the FP Manager and CSCs regarding the prompt and accurate implementation of changes in ports’ procedures, such as visas, permissions, etc., concerning the smooth embarkation and disembarkation of crewmembers if management intervention required.</li><li>Communicates with flag state authorities in order to gather information related to the specific regulations each flag state may require. Η FAMAR Α.Β.Ε., πολυεθνική εταιρεία ηγέτης στον τομέα της παραγωγής φαρμάκων και καλλυντικών, αναζητά έναν HR Officer για το εργοστάσιό της στην Ανθούσα. Η θέση αναφέρεται στον HR Manager του εργοστασίου και συνεργάζεται στενά με τον Διευθυντή του Εργοστασίου.HR Officer (HRO_ΑΝΘ_2025) FAMAR Α.Β.Ε. – Ανθούσα, Ελλάδα&nbsp;Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Διαχείριση θεμάτων ωραρίων εργασίας και μισθοδοσίας του προσωπικού.</li><li>Υπολογισμός Απασχόλησης Προσωπικού μέσω συστήματος Scan.</li><li>Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία επιλογής προσωπικού για το εργοστάσιο.</li><li>Διασφάλιση της εφαρμογής της Εργατικής Νομοθεσίας.</li><li>Ενημέρωση συστήματος ΕΡΓΑΝΗ και υποβολή των αντιστοίχων εντύπων.</li><li>Διαχείριση θεμάτων προσωπικού και των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών.</li><li>Δημιουργία HR Reports για την παρακολούθηση και αξιολόγηση των διαδικασιών.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Ανθρωπίνων Πόρων (Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόν).</li><li>Εμπειρία 2-3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.</li><li>Γνώση Εργατικής Νομοθεσίας.</li><li>Διοικητικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες.</li><li>Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και συνεργατικές δεξιότητες.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ.</li><li>Γνώσεις χειρισμού συστημάτων Scan / HRMS θα θεωρηθούν πρόσθετο προσόν.</li><li>Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.</li></ul>Αν ενδιαφέρεστε για αυτή τη θέση και πληροίτε τα παραπάνω κριτήρια, παρακαλούμε υποβάλλετε το βιογραφικό σας σημείωμα με κωδικό θέσης HRO_ΑΝΘ_2025&nbsp;

HR Officer

<ul><li>Employee Lifecycle Management – Oversee end-to-end processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and payroll-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within Workday.</li><li>Advanced HR Advisory (Tier 2 Support) – Address complex HR inquiries, provide expert guidance on employment matters, and support the team in navigating people-related challenges.</li><li>HR Program Execution – Partner with stakeholders to drive local key central HR initiatives, such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent development programs, ensuring smooth implementation.</li><li>Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to influence strategic workforce planning and decision-making.</li><li>Employee Relations and Compliance – Handle sensitive employee relations cases with professionalism and fairness, ensuring alignment with labor laws and company policies.</li><li>HR System Optimization – Continuously refine and enhance HR systems, including Workday and Quinyx, among others, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement – Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance employee experience, and contribute to a positive and high-performing work culture.</li></ul>Our humble expectations&nbsp;HR expertise and experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an HR Generalist ideally in a global, scaling environment.</li><li>Strong grasp of HR best practices and hands-on experience with day-to-day people processes.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the Greek legal landscape, including statutory employment legislation and compliance requirements. Knowledge of other legislations (Malta, Albania, Cyprus, Kosovo) will be considered an asset.</li><li>Familiarity with shift work regulations and processes is highly valued.</li></ul>Technical proficiency<ul><li>Skilled in HRIS platforms like Workday or similar and experienced in maintaining HR policies and handling compensation and benefit topics.</li><li>Passion for leveraging technology and data to optimize HR processes.</li></ul>Communication and collaboration<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.</li><li>Comfortable working in hybrid global environments using digital tools like Slack and Zoom.</li></ul>Language skills<ul><li>Full fluency in Greek and English;&nbsp;</li></ul>Mindset and attitude<ul><li>Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.</li><li>Positive team player with excellent networking and collaboration skills in diverse settings.</li></ul>
