<h2>Job Description</h2>What does it feel like to be an&nbsp;HR Business Partner in Netcompany-Intrasoft? Our HR Business Partner, will be part of the HR team in Athens and will be assigned to serve multiple departments in our organization across different geographies. The position's focus is to align our people strategy with our business strategy, acting as a trusted advisor on all people related matters, providing coaching, guidance, advice, and assistance to people managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives.&nbsp;As an HR Business Partner you&nbsp;will:<ul><li>Provide HR support and advice on human resources issues to both People Managers and employees related to organizational structure, recruitment, performance management, learning and talent development, compensation &amp; benefits, and policies &amp; procedures</li><li>Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to identify the recruitment needs, monitor the recruitment process, conduct the HR interview, participate in the selection process, and handle the job offer process</li><li>Implement the annual performance management process, providing advice to Directors, Managers and employees throughout the year</li><li>Participate in the calibration meetings, providing all the necessary information to Managers and bringing the HR point of view for decision making</li><li>Discuss the learning needs, monitor the evolution of the individual development plans and provide relevant input to the L&amp;D team</li><li>Use and analyze People data and dashboards to help the business make informed people decisions</li><li>Help build and maintain a strong organizational culture and continuously improve the employee experience</li><li>Build communication channels with employees and stay up-to-date on work-related matters</li><li>Collaborate closely with the CoEs and provide input from the business.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What would make you a fit for the role:<ul><li>At least 4 to 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role</li><li>MSc in Human Resources or another relevant degree</li><li>Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, practices &amp; methodologies</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and use of HRIS and Application Tracking systems</li><li>Ability to acquire fast a thorough understanding of the strategy and business of assigned departments&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent command of the English language (oral &amp; written)</li><li>Relevant experience in the ICT sector will be considered as an asset.</li></ul><h2>Company Description</h2>We are Netcompany-Intrasoft, a member of Netcompany Group A/S, and a leading European IT Solutions and Services company with strong international presence and expertise, dedicated to responsible digitalisation. HR Business Partner

Job’s Purpose As a Compensation &amp; Benefits Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating employee compensation and benefits programs for a workforce of over 12,000 employees. Acting as a liaison between employees, vendors, and internal HR stakeholders, you will ensure accurate execution, timely reporting, and a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities include maintaining HR systems and data integrity, managing sensitive employee documentation, and contributing to annual budgeting and compensation review cycles that drive strategic HR outcomes.&nbsp;What you will focus on:<ul><li>Manage the day-to-day operations of benefits programs, including medical insurance, pension plans, and other schemes, ensuring accurate documentation, eligibility tracking, and issue resolution.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employees on benefits-related inquiries,providing guidance and timely responses on coverage, claims, enrollment processes, and policies.</li><li>Liaise with external providers (e.g. insurers, pension administrator) to ensure service level agreements are met, changes are implemented smoothly, and escalated issues are addressed.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of employee programs such as summer camps, long service awards, and other benefits-related projects, ensuring logistics and communication are handled efficiently.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in HR systems and databases.
