Προϊστάμενο Βάρδιας Παραγωγής - Εργοστασίου Αθήνας

Ο ρόλος :

Ο Προϊστάμενος Βάρδιας Παραγωγής αναφέρεται στον Προϊστάμενο Παραγωγής του εργοστασίου

Διασφαλίζει τη σωστή λειτουργία της Παραγωγής στα πλαίσια της βάρδιας του
Στοχεύει στην επίτευξη των στόχων παραγωγικότητας σε συνδυασμό με ποιοτικό αποτέλεσμα όσον αφορά στην ασφάλεια του προϊόντος, στην ομαλή ροή του προγράμματος παραγωγής και στη βέλτιστη και ασφαλή αξιοποίηση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού στη βάρδια του
Συμπληρώνει τα reports παραγωγής (αναλώσεις α’ υλών, προϊόντα, χρόνοι)
Βελτιστοποιεί με τις αποφάσεις του την παραγωγικότητα του τμήματος στη βάρδια του, παρακολουθώντας το σύνολο των σχετικών δεικτών
Διαμορφώνει το πρόγραμμα εργασίας του τμήματος και διασφαλίζει την τήρηση και την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του
Αναλαμβάνει το συντονισμό των γραμμών παραγωγής, την επίβλεψη και τον έλεγχο της εφαρμογής των διαδικασιών καθώς και την ολοκλήρωση του συνόλου της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας 
Συμβάλλει ενεργά στην αποτελεσματική επίλυση των τεχνολογικών και άλλων θεμάτων παραγωγής και διαχείρισης και διατυπώνει προτάσεις για τη βελτιστοποίηση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας
 

Απαραίτητα προσόντα : 

Πτυχίο Χημικού ή παρεμφερούς ειδικότητας που να συνδέεται με την Τεχνολογία Τροφίμων 
Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον τριών (3) ετών σε τμήμα Παραγωγής σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον
Απαραίτητες δεξιότητες : επίλυση προβλημάτων, διαχείριση ομάδας, προγραμματισμός και οργάνωση, λήψη αποφάσεων, ενεργητική ακρόαση
Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε διαχείριση ομάδας
Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες
Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ (περιβάλλον MS Office), επιθυμητή γνώση SAP
Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας

Research &amp; Development Scientist
to join the R&amp;D team in Athens, reporting to the R&amp;D Manager

The role: 

Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the R&amp;D activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired taste and quality.

 

How you will contribute: 

With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RD, quality, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practices and HACCP requirements and development activities. You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations.

 

What you will bring:

Food Science &amp; Technology - A minimum of 5 years experience in the food industry, preferably in an R&amp;D environment developing and/or reformulating products
Prioritizing and managing activities
Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions independently
Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions
Communicating effectively verbally and in writing, including technical writing
Hands-on experience in both a pilot plant and a production environment
Computer proficiency, including use of standard MS Office applications and SAP

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and delivering R&amp;D elements of product and process development projects. Including project tracking and reporting: From brief to first production approval, preparing development proposals, time lines, ingredients research, development experiments &amp; write up;
The role develops strong relationships within function and cross functionally. Acts as a technological resource or as an expert in own technical /scientific area.
Work as a part of an efficient development team you will be expected to work in an organised manner within tight deadlines to ensure that projects are delivered within expected time scales. Leverage available resources and resolve problems with a team approach.
Ensures that all activities are performed in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures.

Project Engineer - Athens Plant 

The Role

Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing parts or entire projects implemented at the factory, relating both to mechanical equipment and building facilities. The role includes responsibilities such as:

Undertake the study, design, and specification of projects related to both mechanical equipment and building facilities.
Supervise projects development and propose corrective actions in case of deviations from the plan
Cooperate and communicate effectively with all project participants, provide assistance and technical support as needed
Analyze optimal technical solutions for issues arising in the production unit
Supervise parts or entire projects implemented at the factory ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans) and report regularly on project status
Participate in the implementation of projects related to Health &amp; Safety policies as well as environmental
 

What you will bring :

Bachelor's degree - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Up to 3 years of work experience, ideally in an industrial environment
Essential skills: analytical thinking, problem solving abilities, initiative, and accountability
Fluency in English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
AutoCad experienced user
Team player with strong collaboration skills

The role is reporting to the IT Manager

The role:

The IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our IT capabilities and business objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing business processes, and recommending technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

How you will contribute:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT solutions
Research and evaluate technology solutions to meet business requirements
Liaise with IT teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks

What you will bring:

Κάνει διορθωτικές κινήσεις με στόχο τη βέλτιστη λειτουργία του εξοπλισμού κατά τη διαδικασία παραγωγής
Αναλαμβάνει την επίλυση των βλαβών εφόσον προκύψουν κατά την παραγωγική διαδικασία
Συμμετέχει στις τακτικές προληπτικές συντηρήσεις βάσει των τεχνικών αναγκών του εργοστασίου και προτείνει λύσεις
Συμβάλλει στην αναβάθμιση των τεχνικών εγκαταστάσεων και του εξοπλισμού και εκπονεί projects με στόχο την αυξημένη απόδοση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας
Προσφέρει την τεχνογνωσία του στους εργαζόμενους παραγωγής σε θέματα του αντικειμένου του, διασφαλίζοντας το σωστό χειρισμό του εξοπλισμού
Απαραίτητα προσόντα : 

Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ Μηχανολόγων/ Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών
Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
