Our Transaction Tax Practice is comprised of a team focused on the tax aspects of corporate and private equity acquisitions, dispositions &amp; restructurings.&nbsp;As a Transaction Tax advisor, you'll be right at the heart of the action.&nbsp; You'll work with many large organizations, fast-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals.&nbsp; You'll be advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle on key drivers to increase value and reduce the risks and uncertainty inherent in transactions.&nbsp;Our Transaction Tax practice helps our clients plan, execute and integrate their transaction strategies. EY-Parthenon - Senior Financial Analyst - Transactions and Corporate Finance

Your role as a Senior Consultant will focus on playing an active role in shaping and driving the tax landscape with clients and colleagues each day, the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will strongly commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services and act as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent. • Manage accounting, Finance and Tax compliance Outsourcing activities to clients;• Preparation of statutory Financial statements under the Greek GAAP and IFRS;• Preparation of corporate tax returns, (VAT,CIT, Withholding tax etc);• Advise clients on statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements;• Provide initial recommendations of current tax legislation to Manager level practitioners;• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client;• Provide guidance to his team that will be consisting of 2-3 Junior/Consultant level practitioners. #WinningRequirements Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria: • Four (4) to five (5) years of relevant work experience in a professional services firm serving clients in different industries;• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, Business Administration from a well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad;• Excellent command of the English language;• A professional approach, business acumen and strong communication skills;• Computer literacy.
