As part of our growing team, you will join our M&A PMO engagements to support our clients. During your tenure as a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Support in development of high level / roll out plans, timelines and deliverables

• Manage, coordinate and monitor project goals and deadlines with the rest of the team

• Identify project risks/ issues and develop mitigation actions

• Support in preparation of status progress reports

• Facilitate communication between workstream leaders, team members and external parties

• Manage and coordinate the project’s deliverables together with the rest of the team

• Support the project leader in building strong client relationships and autonomously engage with the client when required

• Coordinate and facilitate the creation of presentations and reports primarily aimed at Top Management and Stakeholders or ad hoc requests

• Treat others with respect, listen and be receptive to others’ opinions or ideas

• Understand the need to shift from outdated ways of working in response to demands of the future

You will share your expertise with other colleagues in the M&A PMO team that is part of Deloitte Strategy & Transactions.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines  

• Postgraduate Degree (MSc. or MBA) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration would be a plus

• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in project management services within an international professional services firm or another Big 4 environment

• Ability to operate in high-performing teams and manage multiple priorities and tasks, for a variety of projects, in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively with clients

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Strong storytelling capabilities and excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders

• Strong presentation and communication skills. Excellent command of the English & Greek language, both verbally and in writing

• Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills

• Computer Literacy. Excellent MS Office knowledge

• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
