As a Business Processes Specialist, you will work closely with the Finance Teams, Product owners as well as non-Finance and supporting technical teams in order to lead process and system improvement initiatives that realize increased efficiency and/or quality. Business Processes Specialist (Finance)

During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop your ability to: <ul><li>Develop knowledge of current tax and accounting legislation;</li><li>Recognize the key capabilities required to deliver a high-quality service experience to the client;</li><li>Collect, assimilate, analyze data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions for solving problems;</li><li>Apply technology knowledge to address client business challenges. </li></ul>#WinningRequirementsPotential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines;</li><li>0-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting, preferable with an International firm or a large organization;</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of daily tasks associated with the accounting department;</li><li>Excellent command of the English language;</li><li>Professional approach, business acumen and strong communication skills;</li><li>Computer literacy. </li></ul>The following skills would be considered as assets, although they are not required:<ul><li>Knowledge of Legal Entities Taxation (income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, stamp duties);</li><li>Familiarity with Greek GAAPS (L.4308/2014);</li><li>Knowledge of ERP (such as Softone, Sap etc);</li><li>Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, from a prominent University;</li><li>Any seminar or certification on IFRS/TAX will be considered an asset.</li></ul> #AboutTax Managing taxes is a critical part of an effective business strategy and our Tax Business offers clients a broad range of fully integrated tax services by using the help of modern technology.
