Leveraging the full marketing mix, you will focus on ensuring profitable growth, strengthening consumer preference for the BIC brand, and uncovering new business opportunities.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Strategic Planning:</li></ol><ul><li>Develop and execute long-term strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with the EU framework and local market vision.</li><li>Define marketing communication objectives and implement integrated marketing and promotional plans, including ATL and BTL activations for Stationery.</li></ul><ol><li>Product &amp; Portfolio Management:</li></ol><ul><li>Manage the product portfolio by optimizing the product mix and pricing strategies tailored to channel and consumer needs.</li><li>Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and threats, and transform insights into actionable strategies.</li></ul><ol><li>Market Growth:</li></ol><ul><li>Identify and unlock new opportunities to maximize category potential.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the route to market and create effective channel strategies.</li></ul><ol><li>Financial Oversight:</li></ol><ul><li>Set, monitor, and report on the brand support budget to ensure financial efficiency.</li><li>Drive profitability through ROI-focused initiatives and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles.</li></ul><ol><li>Cross-functional Collaboration:</li></ol><ul><li>Partner with Sales, Category Management, E-commerce, Demand Planning, and HQ teams to implement the Stationery strategy seamlessly.</li><li>Align with HQ Marketing &amp; Communications teams to validate plans and ensure consistency with the EU strategy.</li><li>Train and support the Sales Team, sharing product expertise and knowledge.</li></ul><ol><li>Category Development:</li></ol><ul><li>Analyze and synthesize market data and field insights to deploy effective category growth strategies.</li><li>Conduct store visits alongside Sales and Category Management teams to assess category needs and identify solutions.</li></ul><ol><li>Local Socks Category:</li></ol><ul><li>Oversee supplier relationships, order management, and stock levels.</li><li>Negotiate product costs and explore alternative suppliers to ensure profitability.</li><li>Propose portfolio optimizations to maintain the financial health of the category.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics</li><li>Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing roles, ideally in FMCG/CPG</li><li>Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and BI tools</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation abilities</li><li>Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Exposure to sales, trade marketing, or category management is a plus</li></ul>

Job’s purposeAs a Promo Data Associate, you will play a key role in monitoring and managing data related to all promotional offers in Alfa-Beta.
