Captains ATR (Greece, Athens based)

SKY express, the fastest-growing Greek airline, is currently seeking a full-time employees to recruit as Aircraft Records Officer to join our Continuing Airworthiness Management and Approved MaintenanceOrganizations in Athens International Airport.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional that possesses high level of competence and exercises superior assessment skills in relation to his responsibilities as Aircraft Records Officer. He/ shewill report to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager via the Head of Planning and Engineering.Key responsibilitiesThe Aircraft Records Officer is accountable for accurately processing, monitoring, recording, and tracking airworthiness records to support our Engineering and Maintenance Operations for SKY express ContinuingAirworthiness Management and Approved Maintenance Organizations. He will also support the Technical Library, as required, in registering and distributing documents.Essential Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all aircraft and component records, including maintenance records, logbooks and other relevant documents.</li><li>Maintain a comprehensive and organized system for recording, indexing, and filing technical records, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility of information when needed.</li><li>Accurately enter and update information in computerized databases or record-keeping systems.</li><li>Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of technical records, maintaining proper version control and access restrictions as</li><li>necessary.</li><li>Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance, compliance/quality monitoring, engineering, and regulatory authorities, to obtain or provide necessary documentation, resolve</li><li>issues, and ensure the accuracy of technical records.</li><li>Contributes to emergency response activities by providing accurate and timely technical records to support accident investigations, maintenance-related incidents, or regulatory inquiries.
