Prepare sales analysis, report and suggest improvements for internal &amp; external management.</li><li>Maintain CRM hygiene &amp; use it as a Single source of truth for forecasting, reporting &amp; analysis purposes. Single point of contact for the field to advise on important matters for all program related activities on a regular basis. Ability to understand the challenges within the assigned territory and create strategies to address them appropriately.</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Proven Experience of advertisement or digital marketing related sales or business development&nbsp;experience​</li><li>4+ years of program management experience with proven track record of successfully&nbsp;leading teams of 20+ people including 4+ Sales Managers.
